Oh this hotel is one of my favourite, would highly recommend the food , staff , place is stunning , we went for my partners birthday and there was a card and wine in room , this is the 1st time my partner has been and can’t wait too go back

We had a great time here over the weekend. Dinner was lovely and the buffet breakfast fresh and great. Only downside was when we arrived we were asked to pay a £50 security deposit which I understand the reason behind this, but it isn’t clear on the booking site or confirmation at the time! Luckily we had funds to pay this and our drinks for the evening. Others may not.

We chose this hotel as it was recommended and what a beautiful place to stay it was. We came for 1 night DBB and everything was lovely from the location to the staff to the surroundings to the bedrooms. Only thing I would suggest is a seperate bar to the restaurant as it is very busy and not alot of seating outwith going for a meal. There was a singer, who was quite quiet due to people chatting at dinner which is understandable. Rooms where lovely a few marks that just need touched up, but that didnt impact our visit. All in all enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Fantastic Visit. The hotel room was spotless and had everything necessary for a great stay, including a coffee machine. The bet was comfortable. The whole area is great for a walk around, including the stables and horses. The restaurant is lovely, and the food is great. Last, but not least, ALL the staff we encountered were polite and could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic night at Ingliston Country Club. We had a bottle of wine in our rooms chilling. Superb meal and excellent service from the staff. Rooms are lovely and overall was a fab overnight for my friends 60th birthday. Thank you ?

Arrival not very welcoming, went to main entrance to be directed to the hotel, no eye contact with staff , room not ready on time, walking back & fourth for dinner not idea see up, nowhere comfortable to sit and have a drink after your dinner, slow service & over charged twice for drinks , still sorting from the weekend. Definitely wouldn’t stay again,

We have stayed here a few times because it is a fantastic place to visit the lodges are amazing I tried to put it in my car but unfortunately it wouldn't fit we will definitely be back .

We were disappointed with our 2 night stay at the 3 bedroom luxury lodge. This was for a special occasion. The hot tub and sauna were fab. The lodge itself was tired and needed some tlc. The dishwasher did not work and this was reported 3 separate times, however no one appeared to look at it or fix it. We had to hand wash our dishes for 6 people, and this was difficult as there was no plug for the sink or a basin for the sink. We popped into the bar/restaurant for a drink in the afternoon, however we walked out as we were ignored by half a dozen members of staff. We went for dinner in the evening to the same restaurant and the food, drinks and service were amazing. On check out the staff member never even asked how our stay had been, we addressed the broken dishwasher again, and she advised it had been a busy weekend, we said that we weren’t happy and that was a poor excuse, she advised that she would pass our comments on to the relevant person. Of course no one has contacted us. I don’t think I would recommend this lodge or stay again due to the poor customer service.

Lovely hotel, beautiful restaurant, the whole place has a nice vibe to it, staff are all smiley and helpful. Food in the restaurant was well priced and plenty of choice. Drinks were pricey but there you go. The only issue we had which we let go and didn't make an issue of was the 10% service charge which was applied to all food & drink even though the food was included in the overall cost of the overnight stay voucher. This then meant the service charge on all of our food & drink was substantially higher than it maybe should have been.

Overall a nice stay,staff pleasant and food good.Minor issues were that pillowcases and bottom bed sheet too small for bed so mattress exposed at top of the bed.No teaspoons in the room.Connecting bedroom door not ideal as could hear the people in the next room but thankfully they weren't noisy but we were aware we also had to keep tv volume down.On the whole though we enjoyed our stay

Beautiful overnight stay. Friendly staff and a beautiful location. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable, best sleep I've had in a while. The choice of food in the restaurant was good even for a fussy eater like myself. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that wasn't added was that you need to pay a £50 deposit for the room when checking in which you do get back the day you check out or the day after. It wasn't a problem, would have been nice to have known that. I look forward to returning to hotel in the future.

What a magical time to visit Ingliston we cannot fault the experience from the staff to the decor and the food was exceptional. Watching the horses while we ate was an additional bonus.

Had a fabulous overnight at Ingliston Country Club. The staff were great everyone helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and ready for us when we arrived, wine chilling in the ice bucket. Food in Palomino’s restaurant excellent, service was first class. Breakfast in the hotel great choice of hot/cold food. Definitely recommend. ?????

We where at the hotel for a family wedding, and we had a great deal with myhotelbreak. The lodge was more than we expected, spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Had dinner in the hotel on Saturday night, very nice, staff where all lovely. We'd actually go back to Ingilston and stay again Highly recommend.
