Fantasy deal from my hotel break.com . Hotel is beautiful and staff are really friendly and polite . Food is great and the portions are huge . Rooms are lovely and clean and great walking about seeing horses being exercised . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

We felt like we were treated like 2nd class citizens in the restaurant because we had a voucher - DBB + wine (which our friends paid good money for). We were told that we could only choose from the Horses for courses menu (which was different from the menu in our room). We asked if we could order from the other menus and pay the difference but were told no. One waitress was whispering about us to another staff member and they were both looking over at us. Not a nice feeling!!! Ingliston Country Club should not issue vouchers if they are going to make people feel lesser than other guests!!! Husband couldn't get knife through the potatoes as they were brick hard so we had to ask for them to be replaced with chips as they were inedible. Also had to wait ages for drinks order to be taken outside, even though staff member said he would send some-one out to take our order. No-one showed so we had to wait until some-one else was getting served and catch the servers attention. There wasn't any basic condiments laid out on the breakfast tables and i had to go and ask for salt. This should be basic table setting. Also had to ask for jam for croissants but there wasn't any. We were in room 6 and it had a strong smell but not sure what it was. Had to spray deodorant to try to mask it. Had to wash kettle before use as it was very dusty. Cracked wash hand basin and cracked floor tile in bathroom. Also grout in shower not clean. I would expect much better from a 4 star hotel.

We were a group of four friends for one overnight dinner B&B. We had a fantastic time, staff extremely helpful & welcoming, nothing any bother to them. Clean rooms with a comfy bed, food in Palominoes was delicious.

Lovely stay at Ingliston Hotel, the rooms were very fresh and clean. Reception staff were helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff.. Food was excellent also

Fantastic stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. Had a problem with bathroom flooding which was fixed and dried immediately. This did not in any way make a difference to our stay at this hotel. Staff very pleasant and friendly at all times.

We stayed in the Arabian lodge. It was very comfortable with everything needed ( no cooker in this lodge tho). Very nicely decorated staff we encountered were very helpful. Room service great touch pizza’s and steak pie delicious. Would happily return.

On booking confirmation check in was 2pm but it’s 4pm for the lodges. Lodge certainly wasn’t luxury, stained rug, couch and bed runner, grouting in bathroom grubby, no oven, hob or grill. Definitely disappointed in our lodge after staying in the hotel rooms on several occasions with no complaints.

Excellent short break.fabulous location Accommodation was spotless and first class. Meals were prepared well. All members of staff were very friendly and very knowledgable about the area. Will most certainly return to this beautiful location

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Ingliston country club, staff were friendly, rooms were lovely and food was top notch. Only downside for me was they don’t have baths in the rooms unless you book the junior suite which wasn’t available. Would defo recommend staying and trying the steak pie.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ingleston Country Club. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much bother. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and really enjoyed the food.

We have stayed here a few times and couldn’t fault it, we also eat here quite often and again couldn’t fault it but on the date we stayed here we found the service outside was terrible,once seated we waited at least 10-15 mins before I had to go up and ask a member of staff if we could order drinks,then after that I watched as the staff asked a number of tables if they wanted another drink but didn’t come near our table which I found odd,a couple of times I had to get their attention to order.

My husband and I had a fabulous overnight at Ingliston. After checking in, we enjoyed drinks on the terrace before our meal. The food was great, but if there was one thing that I would have liked, it would have been to have the option of an "allowance" towards the A La Carte menu, as opposed to only being able to choose from the Horses for Courses Menu. We definitely would have spent more on the night had we had this option. Overall Ingliston/Palimino's is a 10/10 - love going there for coffee, lunch or dinner.

we enjoyed our stay . just let down due to the time it takes outside from ordering your drinks till they arrive .one person takes the order another brings it .allso when i went to the bar to have a copy my bill i was charged for some other tables drinks' it would better if the tables had numbers on them this would help stop any mistakes being made
