This is the 2nd time in a month that we’ve stayed here. Sorry no pictures. Staff are lovely, rooms clean and comfortable. Please bring back the biscuits in your room with ur tea/coffee - we need a nibble with our tea ?. Our rate was b&b with bottle of wine, parking &. 20% off food. Restaurant for dinner was amazing. We had katsu curry & absolutely delicious & plenty of it. Breakfast was plentiful, hot & again delicious- would recommend

My friend & I had a fantastic time at this beautiful Hilton. We had front river view each room, 20% off food & beverage, parking too. Been to a few hotels roundabout but this was at the top. Rooms were spotless & very quiet. Evening dinner was really good & best breakfast we’ve ever had, fresh & so much variety. Told to sit wherever we chose, got a window table. So nice staff & great service. Lovely sitting area outside & even lovelier in Spring/Summer. Although I am giving this 5 stars, there’s just one wee thing that I suggest they change, the booking-in system. Even although I booked through myhotelbreak, everything would normally be online for me to sign & hotel would then deduct full payment from my card that was included in the booking for two people. Not this time. Each of us were given a blank form & we had to complete our full details & pay separately, even although only my name & address and bank details were added at the time of the booking. We had to stand at reception & complete forms in writing, whilst other visitors were behind us waiting to get booked in. The receptionist done her best and explained it was because we didn’t book directly with the hotel. Other than that all was excellent & we would definitely stay again.

Great one night stay again with excellent food, clean accommodation and very friendly staff. Several slight problems caused mainly my myself were effectively sorted by receptionist Ionela who deserves a special mention

Lovely hotel great night sleep. Had lunch in bedroom food not the best for price crisp chicken over cooked as was most off it we had 4 different things not good value for money.

A lovely one night stay. Excellent service on reception as the staff member waited for us to arrive to check our room preference - a king size river room or roadside twin. Very thoughtful service. The river room had a super king size bed. Very comfortable too. The only issue was the pillows were a little too squashy. Very happy with the facilities.

Great hotel. We were attending a gig at the Hydro, so super handy. Gorgeous room, very comfortable bed, stunning view of the river and fantastic cooked breakfast. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel nice room breakfast beautiful only problem we had was not receiving 20% discount from drinks after asking twice at reception and being assured it was sorted on departure, needless to say full amount deducted from card and when I phoned to query was told it was Scottish licensing laws although my hotel break advised this should have not happened

Fantastic deal. Lovely hotel. Really like the makeover it's had. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good view from our room. Excellent choices at breakfast. Plenty to pick from. Lovely bottle of wine. Will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel, it is in a great setting. The rooms which have been recently renovated are lovely as are the staff. We were a bit disappointed on Friday as we intended to eat at the hotel as we were going on a boat trip leaving at 7pm. When we arrived to check in I noticed a hand written sign on the glass of the restaurant indicating that it was closed for a Hilton headquarters BBQ as was the bar, although a temporary bar was available. This wasn’t pointed out at check in at the reception nor the day before when I was contacted by the hotel to ask which wine we would prefer on our arrival. I would have helped if we had have been forewarned regarding this as we then had to find somewhere else to get dinner.

Hotel is lovely, staff very polite. Rooms were clean and fresh, beds were comfy. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty to chose from. Would definitely stay again ??

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. Delicious buffet breakfast including haggis and square sausage which was brilliant. Staff were all very friendly snd made us feel welcome.

Michael at reception was very friendly and helpful during both check in and check out. Room was clean and comfortable. Wine which was part of the deal was waiting for us in our room on arrival. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and constantly topped up. Couldn't fault our stay and a bargain too.

Stayed here to attend hospital the next day , went into room and TV wasn’t working so rang down and someone came to fix it , so left the room while this was happening, came back and it was working, about half hour later it stopped working again , told woman on reception and she was was a bit abrupt and said …your not the only one…I wasn’t happy at all with this as I was intended to stay in room watch tv for hospital in the morning …so no TV all night , went to go into bed and wondered where the quilt was …we had a single quilt in a king size cover …I wasn’t telling the receptionist as the way I was treated before hand ..spent the night trying to get a bit of quilt…was very tired in the morning, went for breakfast which was ok staff were nice there …I am very disappointed at having to pay for this
