Little blip on checking in. Headed up to our room and it was already occupied this was quickly resolved by staff and another room allocated without any hassle. Overall our stay was great and will definitely stay again

This hotel is in a great location with a lovely view across the Clyde. It is within walking distance to the Ovo etc and also the Riverside Museum which is definitely worth a visit. All staff were friendly and helpful. We were on DBB offer which was really good value as we had a bottle of wine included too. The room was very comfortable as was the bathroom and shower. Would recommend this hotel if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

Hotel is excellent can't fault it in any way. Got booked in early and all staff were very helpful. Food was 1st class and rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is convenient to bus stops and town so again another plus.

This was not a good experience, the checkin was very slow and not very organised. Staff on front desk were not very friendly. The breakfase in the morning was a total shambles with a long queue to get a seat. seemed to be minimal staff to cover the number of people having breakfast. On checkout i complained to front desk and was told would get a £20 voucher which never appeared. Wouldnt rush to book here again.

A nice hotel with good views of the river. The main plus was the friendly staff especially the restaurant staff.

An overnight break to do some shopping and chill a little, perfect spot. The room overlooked the Clyde and was more than sufficient for our needs, lovely meal from a full menu, bottle of chenin bland to go with it. Great breakfast so overall a nice stay, if I was to make any negative comment it would be regarding beer offering, please put some beer on tap, all lagers and ciders, the GPA doesn’t cut the mustard. Great value for money break

From check in to check out all made easily with efficient staff at reception, dinner, bar and breakfast, the staff here are excellent. A minor issue with our hotel room which was noisy due to lift machinery making scuffing rumbling sounds avoid room 326 if you are a light sleeper. The sound will impact on your relaxation.

We try lots of different hotels when we go for nights away as a couple but in all honesty there is always something that lets it down in some way but Hilton garden Inn has nailed it in every aspect. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious with a fridge and a good sized wardrobe. The food was amazing! The best fish and chips I have ever tasted, even down to the mushy peas. The breakfast was also amazing with plenty of choice and everything was delicious. We upgraded to a river view and I could have sat and watched the river and the traffic crossing the bridge all day, in fact that is all I did during dinner and breakfast (this did not please the other half).We will be back. (Hopefully soon!)

Great stay as usual, have stayed here many times, mostly for attending a concert or show at the Hydro, only issue I had was that we were told we could only have 45 mins to have our breakfast as hotel was busy. By time you make your own tea and toast and get your food from buffet you feel like your rushing your food. I'd understand if restaurant was busy at the time but this was before 9am and the usual mad last minute rush. Only other negative is that the room we had is a bit tired looking now, not much has changed since it was the City Inn, but will be back for my next concert.

Clean room with comfy bed and pillows, the room was very small but nice view of the River and squinty bridge. Bar and restaurant nice with good atmosphere, dinner average and breakfast the worst I’ve ever had in a Glasgow hotel, most of the food was massively undercooked and very poor quality. 1 of the 2 lifts was out of order the whole time I was there. Staff friendly and service good. Car parking good.

Accommodation and staf excellent. Only downside was the room was very, very noisy due to being next to the lift.
