Lovely clean hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here. Only small issue was the parking when we arrived on the Saturday as was really busy. Advised by hotel that it could be because of the gym and was on first come basis but really helpful as to where I could leave my car. The choice of food was good. And the deal we were on was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the very near future.

Nice hotel, public areas very tidy, bedroom was in need of a lick of paint. Breakfast was very good, not much choice at dinner but on the whole a good 3 star hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Loved it - exceeded expectations. Good rooms - including a massive front facing with views to the sea. All clean, good location and child friendly staff. Great for visiting Blackpool by car or bus/tram. St Annes itself was attractive with good shops a 5 minute walk. Have read on-line reviews about food quality but that wasn't our experience - food good. Friendly, efficient and prompt service in restaurant despite being v busy. Hope to come back soon.

Enjoyed the hotel. Standard room was good but getting jus a bit dated. Reception/bar lounge area were bright and inviting. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. We were on the half board deal and found it to be no more than ok. vNot a great selection ie 2 starters, 3 mains and a selection of puddings. All in all it was a good break rating 7.5 out of 10

this stay was spoiled by the appalling main courses at dinner.Whilst breakfast was excellent the same did not apply to dinner.A choice of two mains with a portion of meat that my two and half year old grandson would have found inadequate.On the second night of our stay the only meat dish was Lancashire hotpot!

Stayed for one night 6th of June the hotel is in a great location on the sea front and within walking distance of the town centre the staff are very friendly and welcoming reception and bar area very nice but rooms and leisure facilities need updating breakfast very good however dinner not the best.would I stay here again yes maybe but strictly b&b only

The Hotel was lovely great views nice and quiet. we all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back in the future or recommend to our friends. had entertainment for kids at night which they really enjoyed and were weren't expecting that.

Poor value for money when you add cost of upgraded room.. Food marks given are for breakfast only - no yoghourts on last morning. Dinners were the worst we have had in any hotel and we stay in at least 10 hotels every year.We did not complain but head of dining room on 1st night realised that meal was not to our satisfaction and, commendably, approached us and advised that she had referred the matter to management and that someone would contact us to discuss the matter and arrange for either am discount for the meal or offer us free drinks - this did not happen which makes the matter worse knowing that the management were aware of a problem and took no action. The third day was cold and there was literally no heating in the hotel during the morning and much of the afternoon. These comments relate to the hotel only and not to Classic Britain. We are and always have been completely satisfied in our dealings with Classic Britain.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Was disappointed with paying for an upgrade, was not as described. Rooms were very dark with inadequate lighting and facing car park at side of building, woken on second morning by skip being emptied at 06.40! Quite noisy building and could hear t.v in next room and noise from upstairs bedroom. Lounge area was good however children running around all evening.
