First class stay from the friendly welcome until our departure. Food and drink very good. All staff friendly and attentive. Our dog Harvey was fussed over as always. We were allocated the same room to be near the reception for easy access with our dog. Also a night porter is on duty, as I needed to take our dog out during the night, opened and closed the front door. This is our fourth visit.

This was my second time I attended a tribute night at the hotel and it was just as good as the first time.! The wonderful staff were welcoming, friendly and went out their way to help in any way they could. The food was delicious ? rooms were very clean with cosy comfortable beds and the entertainment was outstanding. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time we'll definitely be back thank you ??

This is not our first stay at the King Robert. We keep coming back as the staff are so friendly,helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. T he rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious. 5 out of 5 again.

My husband and I had a very lovely 1 night stay , the room was really nice and spacious and the shower was amazing. The reception staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was plentiful.Would Defo recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely 3 night stay on a DB&B basis Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but don’t let that put you off The rooms are clean and bed / pillows comfortable Bathroom was modern with large walk in shower which was powerful The evening meals were great , very large portions ,and with a £22 per person allowance it was easy to get 2 courses from an extensive menu The buffet Breakfast was a bit hit and miss on 2 of the mornings when the chef struggled to keep up with demand and sausages and eggs hard to get Staff were courteous and friendly particularly Charlie and Susan in the dining room Nothing was too much bother for anyone Great location to easily get into Stirling ( bus stop just outside hotel ) and onwards into Perth , Edinburgh , Falkirk , Dunfermline We will definately return

We have stayed at the King Robert on numerous occasions and always receive a great welcome and excellent service. The rooms are prepared to a high standard and very comfortable. The food during dinner and breakfast is always plentiful and good quality. Look forward to returning, and would recommend.

Having stayed at this hotel previously, it is pleasing to have again received a high level of customer service. Rooms are generally of a good standard, however, lighting in the bathroom was not adequate and there was no available late afternoon. This is a significant negative. Breakfasts are of a reasonable standard. Evening meals are very good - a good choice, well cooked and plentiful.

From our arrival the receptionist made us feel very welcome, and this was continued throughout our stay by all staff Our room was not large, but sufficient for the length of our stay. We were told that the room had been renovated in the past few years, which was very apparent with the facilities provided. The evening meals and breakfast were excellent, both in choice, portions, and professional service by the staff. One of our reasons for our booking was that entertainment was available on all 3 nights of our stay. Both Friday and Sunday were good perfomances ( paticularly Sunday), which a good number of guests enjoyed and stayed to the end. Unfortunately, this can not be said for that on Saturday evening. It was advertised as a quiz and karaoke evening. My wife and I do not enjoy kararoke, but enjoy a pub quiz. However, when the "entertainer" announced the karaoke would be first, it was obvious a good number of guests were of the same opinion as ourselves and left. As it was, only one member of the audience was prepared to take part. His contribution were 3 songs, the first being good, his second not so good, but his third was excellent. I was extremely annoyed at the entertainer, as he left during the second song, went to the kitchen, and returned with a paper napkin in both ears, presumably as a joke but in very bad taste. To compound his insult to the singer, after the 3rd song,he announced, in his words, he was starting the quiz before that individual wanted to sing again. This again would have been insulting to any member of the audience who had the courage to take part, but as I found out later, he was English and visiting Scotland for a short break. I only hope that his opinion o Scots is not tained by his experience on that night.

We are frequent guests at the King Robert and always receive the same friendly welcome from staff. The rooms are well appointed and cleaned to a high standard. The food is always plentiful and very nicely cooked. Good Wifi in all areas, and no problems parking. Well stocked reasonably priced bar. We are pleased to recommend the King Robert and look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at King Robert Hotel. It is very dog friendly, the room was comfortable. The food was great and the hotel is located right next to the Bannockburn battlefield, with fabulous walks and views.
