Very enjoyable stay at Ramada Plaza Southport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick and easy check in. Room was very clean. Comfy bed . Good view. Good bathroom with powerful shower. Food was very good, breakfast and evening meal. Fridge in room was a bonus. Car park cheap at

Great hotel, nothing to much trouble for staff. Good breakfast and evening meal and could not fault room which was spotless. Will be returning here again. Deal through Classic Britain was a very good price.

Disappointed with the tiramisu in your Italian rest errant as this was the deciding. Factor when we booked.member of staff blond young girl told us "sorry but the usual sweet chef" was off duty" Does this mean that when he is not on duty that things are not up to spec? Package included a three course meal but the choice was very limited,chicken or fish over three nights,!!!!! I dont eat poultry.They give an alliance against a LA carte menu.I ordered a steak medium rare and 90 minutes later it arrived cremated.There were wedding receptions on Saturday and Sunday evenings and the kitchen could not cope. if you want a relaxing weekend do not come here.

The sinks in all the rooms we had were exceptionally high for the shorter members of the group. A very nice hotel close to the resort centre that I would use again.

Great location, superb bedrooms and very pleasant staff. But, what a nightmare to get to reception. Parked in underground car park but no luggage trolleys. Had to make long walk to reception which is not on ground level to get help. Entrance to hotel could also be better. When I arrived there was a Santa Grotto!!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, had a problem with meal on first night but after speaking to reception we received a complimentary bottle of wine with dinner the second night. Rooms were large and well equipped.
