Lovely hotel with good facil. We had a nice spacious room with everything we needed on hand. Staff were great & very helpful. We also found the pool very relaxing. Would certainly return.

Great overnight stay, staff were very pleasant, our room was comfortable and extremely clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good, overall we had a good experience. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side! (£9 for a tail). Buffet breakfast was good, and you could request some cook to order items from the menu.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were made to feel at home. Friendly receptionist with a sense of humour. There was a wedding on at the hotel and she asked if we had any problems with noise etc.to contact her and she will help. Great room and lovely modern furnishings. Superior meal even though it was included in the room cost it was excellent with great service and lovely dining room. Bar was busy with wedding guests but barman was good and sorted us out and got our drinks. I really liked the breakfast too. All in all it was one night to remember and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. Only slight down side was the shower which wasn't that hot. but there has to be something....Laura

Excellent hotel. Would certainly go back again. Very large comfortable room so good to have a beautiful bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The food was excellent and the crockery so unusual and individual to the dish being served.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, room was absolutely stunning biggest bed I've ever slept in, food fabulous and staff so so friendly, spa facil a bit of a disappointment but would still return for another stay!!

Fantastic 3 nights DBB stay. Upgraded to a Privilege room through "best available room" offer. Best hotel room we have stayed at throughout UK. Food was good but limited to 5 starters and 5 mains with no menu change during our stay. The pool was great and larger than the norm for hotel pools. Plenty of parking although this could be stretched if a wedding was being held in the large ballroom. We were sorry to leave.

My friend & I bought the DB&B + Bottle of Wine & 20% off Spa Treatments deal for £59.50 each - we had a beautiful, modern, very clean & comfortable twin room. We booked afternoon tea, we enjoyed it but could have been done with more sandwich (3 finger sandwiches) & less cake. The service & surroundings were 1st class. We went for a lovely country walk in the afternoon which reception gave us a leaflet with 3 different routes & distances. We had hoped to have some Spa treatments, they were fully booked Sat & Sun. We had dinner at 8:30pm, again the service was 1st class, the food was lovely & a good choice to choose from. We had a nightcap in the drawing room which was lovely & relaxing. A lovely comfortable bed gave us a good nights sleep & breakfast was buffet style & was one of the finest cooked breakfasts I have had. We will definitely buy another deal - excellent value for money. Please note the photo of the twin room on this site is very dated, the room was beautiful & tastefully decorated.

Fantastic hotel beautiful rooms the food was delicious and nothing was ever a problem staff very nice and courteous. Leisure facil were spotless i would recommend this hotel to everyone only slight thing is that the bar prices are a bit pricey

The hotel was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful. Staff morning and evening were very helpful. Room was a good size, and we all had a great sleep, so beds were good. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Evening meal was perfect. We will definitely be back. Very pleased with service here.

Room was very comfortable and spacious, shower was good. Dining room with large clock on wall was extremely cold and there was a cold draught each time the door opened. Food was excellent, however our meals got cold very quickly? We had to move tables at breakfast but at dinner there were no other tables available, would not recommend the restaurant due to this. Would visit hotel again but not the restaurant, too cold and draughty. Leisure centre was nice, staff very welcoming and helpful.

From the moment we stepped into ardoe house hotel we were treated fantastically from the receptionists to the bar staff waiting staff cleaners and anyone else we came into contact with .The hotel itself has been decorated Inkeeping with the age of the building and is beautiful a real pleasure to stay in.Ardoe house should be very pleased with there staff and hotel I will definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone
