This is the first time that we have stayed at this hotel and it will certainly not be out last. From the moment that we entered to the moment that we left we were impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. They were welcoming and helpful at every turn. The facilities and room were of a high standard and the food was some of the best that I have tasted. An experience that we hope to repeat in the near future.

Just enjoyed a 2 night stay at the highland hotel. It was my birthday and hotel upgraded us with wine and chocolates and also gave me a birthday card. Hotel is very clean and rooms were of a great standard with everything we needed including sky sports for my other half. Staff we're very helpful and friendly. We only had breakfast at the hotel however there was a great choice and food was lovely. The hotel is right in the middle of stirling town centre so once the car was parked we did not not need to use it again until we were leaving as you had shops and restaurants and pubs on your door step. Will definitely be using this hotel again and booking through classic britain.

Very happy with our stay the hotel is perfectly situated My only complaint is to do with the parking at the Hotel. Competing with people using the leisure facilities Made parking a little difficult at times that said It won't stop us visiting again

Lovely time. Staff so friendly clean and tidy Hotel very clean and nice and warm. Room and bed very comfortable. Near the shops in Stirling.would certainly go back .We have booked with classic britain before and the hotels have always been lovely.

purpose of visit was to attend wedding at Stirling Castle ,with my 92 year old mum .I had contacted week prior to stay ,staff most pleasant and confirmed my special request. On arrival ,informed that unless I had pre booked afternoon tea it would be at least 30min ,since busy. I Then said would settle for tea and biscuits ,but again informed would take time. I am still at reception ,my nephew who had witnessed situation had taken my mum upstairs to the bar, ordered a pot of tea and came down to let me know that my mum was now drinking her tea ,for which he had paid. As part of my deal,I had booked afternoon tea for 4 ...not happy.Breakfast was lovely and service there excellent .

Bedrooms were clean and very adequate for purpose. However the bathroom was a bit tired. Staff were friendly and helpful though there was no one at the reception when we tried as one of the keys wouldn't work. The problem was resolved quickly. We only had breakfast but food was well presented, of good quality and there was plenty of it.

Rooms are nice and big. The beds are very comfortable however, the walls are very thin so you could hear people chatting from the room next door/the corridors. The service was great. Used the spa facilities which were nice except the sauna was being upgraded so we never used that. Only had breakfast in the hotel as it was included and it was nice. Quite a big selection of food such as cereals, fresh fruit, cakes such as muffins etc and a full cooked breakfast including potato scones

This was my first stay at the hotel &most definetly will be back..im currently keep checking to get the same rate. We loved the hotel uts lication and the staff..only problem we did have was as a result of other hotel users at 4am in the morning having no thoughts for people in bed. Our rooms were located near the reception & they were obviously out smoking and were very noisey. It will not deter us from returning

the bed was uncomfortable and un-inviting covers looked passed their best, room cleanliness not best, due to bad back caused by bed took bath rust and build up round taps and shower screen bar also dirt in toilet pan needed good clean at rim visible from bath not nice. In bedroom sticky hand marks visible on headboard, room dull and depressing loved hotel and staff and food great although my husband surprised no scottish beers for sale or proper draft guiness

Hotel was lovely, rooms were very nice hotel was exceptionally clean. We had our dinner in hotel and the food was absoloutely delicious. My only fault was that the spa was very busy and a bit too small to accommodate everyone.
