Our stay was lovely. The hotel was lovely, very clean & lovely friendly staff. Pool outside was lovely although overcrowded for a Thursday. Only complaint would be that we had additional costs on our bill that we did not use and when the staff on reception tried to call to have this removed the electricity went off and we had to wait for 10 minutes before this came back on for this to be removed.

Lovely hotel, check in was 3pm but room wasn't ready until 4.30pm, breakfast at 8.30am, everything was needing refilled and took a while. Half a packet of crisps behind curtain in room. Asked for easy accessible room but had shower over bath instead of a walk in shower. Spa was fantastic especially outside jacuzzi!

First time here at the Gleddoch hotel Was just amazing from start to the end Room was so nice, Our dinner was excellent staffs were so nice. Best part was the hot tub with view of the Clyde. We will be back soon to book another break. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay at Gleddoch, beautiful setting with friendly helpful staff. the outdoor jacuzzi was brilliant and cannot fault the food. The room we had is maybe in need of some TLC with peeling wallpaper and stained carpets but that’s the only small criticism we have! Everything else was amazing! Cannot wait to go back!!

We had a lovely one night stay recently, on DB&B rate. What was good? - The food was fantastic - Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us a lovely warm welcome on arrival - We had a couples massage which was brilliant too, just what we needed! Spa staff were all really friendly as well - Proper sized towels on the rooms! What could be better? - There was a real lack of atmosphere in the bars. No background music playing, just silence. We found this to be the case in more than just one. - There are areas of the hotel that are in need of a little tlc. Especially in the women’s spa changing area. - A £1 coin was needed for the lockers, we weren’t told this beforehand - The outdoor jacuzzi is great but really busy, we were lucky to get in. Although not a hotel issue as such, there were people who just stayed in there for hours. It would be helpful if there was perhaps a system in place to let everyone have a chance to use it and not just a select few who sit there all day. Overall a great stay though and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel unfortunately the food wasn’t good. Dinner took an hour and a half to bring out the main course and was awful. Breakfast wasn’t much better luke warm food and cold plates It was a shame because it is a beautiful hotel.

Had a very relaxing overnight stay at the hotel. Spa is fantastic very clean and all staff were amazing especially enjoyed the massage and the outside jacuzzi on a very cold moonlight clear night was perfect. Hotel room in need of a paint doors chipped and creaky floors but bathroom lovely. Food was tasty and again all staff pleasant and helpful. Will definitely return.

A lovely hotel with great service and the spa is beautiful however must book treatments well in advance. No prosecco on arrival either. Remember and check your bill on check out as they tried to charge us for our dinner even though we were a dinner bed and breakfast package.

Had a fantastic weekend with friends. Got an upgrade on check in to an executive room with a view. Could not fault anything from the room, the food and spa experience but the thing that makes this hotel stand out is it’s amazing staff. Will definitely be back

Room was a bit dusty in places and carpet was bit dirty but very nice room, layout and decor. Service was good when received however staff very busy and had to look/ask to be served many times at dinner, waited very long times for drinks. Food wasn’t warmest at dinner time, had to send a main course back. At Breakfast ran out of ketchup and bread and hot food could’ve been topped up quicker. Spa was great facility.

Lovely hotel, staff & food. Unfortunately coming out the spa, using the slippers provided by the hotel, I tripped on the stair ,fell & injured my shoulder. The immediate 1st aider response was very good, however , even though an accident report was lodged, there was no contact from reception/duty manager to see if I was okay. I feel that this is very poor service.

This was my 12th trip to the Gleddoch over a number of years (varying from staying with friends & with my partner). It did not disappoint. From the cleanliness of the room, the friendly and attentive staff which I know has changed recently with a few new faces, the overall food/dining experience (both dinner, breakfast) along with the staff providing afternoon drinks in the clubhouse area was great. Even although it is recommended you book the spa in advance due to covid restrictions, there were plenty of time slots available to select during our stay. A last minute late check out request was also accommodated which meant we could visit the spa again the day of our departure. We stayed in room 44, a classic double room, whilst the WiFi signal was not great, it allowed us to switch off without being concerned what messages, emails or calls to respond to, equally had a better signal in main areas of the hotel & grounds. I would recommend this hotel & all that it offers. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Booked this amazing deal for me & hubby but we split in july so decided to go myself, and i was blown away with the friendly staff a total credit to the hotel, the gorgeous spacious and relaxing room, the food was to die for and cant forget the use of spa was brilliant left here in morn feeling totally refreshed and ready to take on the world! thank you my hotelbreak and gleddoch spa for most enjoyable time without the ex hubby! Hope this deal is run again as will buy & recommend anyone to buy it you wont be dissappointed .

Lovely weekend break at Gleddoch. The food at dinner was excellent, breakfast food could be improved and table service would be so much better and safer during these current times. The pool and outdoor spa were excellent and the water temperature in both facilities was just right. We were in the annex of the main hotel which looked rather 'tired' but our room certainly wasn't which was a lovely surprise. Spacious, clean and well equipped.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and social spaces in a gorgeous setting. Stunning views from the restaurant. Staff excellent and well trained. However disappointed in the food. Limited choice. My starter was tasteless ( risotto), my main was over salty ( pork) though dessert was delicious (ginger & toffee cake). The breakfast was self service from the buffet and could have been delicious if it wasn’t lukewarm. ? Just need to do a wee bit better and you’d get my full recommendation.

We had a lovely day/eyeing at the hotel. We have stayed a few time and I must comment on the food on this occasion, the food and service was very nice. Although i asked the chef to make some garlic bread with my pasta dish at dinner and apparently it was an issue. The staff were attentive and done there job very well. We stayed in room 13, I would recommend that the staff look at the patio doors leading out to the veranda, the threshold was thick with dirt. We had our 10th month old grandson with us and as he was keen to crawl outside we had to cover the threshold with a towel. So to cap the review the food was a lot better than previous visits, the staff were attentive and pleasant, I would ask that the cleanliness of some areas are looked at under the currant situation.
