First impressions were of an amazing hotel and driivng up long drive did not dissapoint.Checked in swiftly and room allocated. Hotel break deal meant an upgraded double double and sea view.Everything catered for in room with well stocked chargeable mini bar and coffee pods with fresh milk in fridge. A rare treat.. Used pool facilities which hadcto book a time slot for. However it wasnt busy so stayed as long as we wanted. The only negative part of our whole stay was dinner service. It was too slow and despite asking several times we eventually had main course served 90 mins after sitting down. Were told several times it was being served and several excuses later it was produced minus frites. complimentary olives were given and returned as neither of us liked!! Wine was not charged for but bill was produced despite beingbon DBB.That said seafood dishes were lovely. Such a shame as it put a dampener on what shouldve been a memorable trip.It was a gift for 70th birthday for my husband and I but unfortunately hed died before we were able to enjoy it. Double beds really comfy and offered a good nights sleep. Breakfast was first class and orders served swiftly. Checkout was dealt with in timely fashion

Didn’t think it was worth the money paid and not advised £50 would be taken from account for room Security . Advised this will be refunded but could take 5-7 working days . Thought was for room with view but view was ground floor facing into car park . Spa not 5 star experience with 5 star facilities . Service at dinner poor and poor selection on menu . £13 for a gin and lemonade is extortionate also

Fabulous accommodation, upgraded room and view were spectacular. Only down side, it took 3 times before request for shower gel was done. Other than that food was great and had a brilliant time.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont St Andrews it was just what i needed. very comfortable room, swimming pool and spa was lovely. Only thing negative i can say is the service was really slow at dinner and food wasn’t very hot but overall very good and will be back.

Hotel is stunning, however was not aware of £50 per room deposit they take and hold upon check in to them refund within 5 days. Food in italian restaurant was poor amd tasteless, staff were lovely and very accommodating but wouldnt eat in the restaurant again if to return. Also there is a 10% service charge charged to every bill no matter how small...

I booked four rooms for family and friends to celebrate a birthday and everyone had a fabulous weekend. The hotel is luxurious and comfortable but also relaxing and the spa area was enjoyed by all.

Beautiful hotel and spa. Was surprised not to see tablecloths on tables. Cobwebs above our bed. Bar stools had seen better days. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation

This stay was pure luxury! We stayed here for my birthday and it was such a treat, we felt like royalty for the night. The staff really couldn’t do enough for us and were all so lovely. The hotel is absolutely stunning, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff very helpful. Mix up around our reservation at dinner was dealt with by the staff efficiently. The temperature in the restaurant was cool. Spa was clean and just what we needed. Check in was smooth with Harry.

Wow , what a beautiful hotel. Room was lovely with a huge stunning bathroom. We ate at the Italian restaurant. We had a swim, the spa is beautiful. Food was good . £100 per person is taken from your bank card , so you can pay to your room . It takes 3-5 days to refund you . Day 4 and not been refunded. I think it should be refunded when you check out . Apart from this we had a fab time . Staff are also so helpful and friendly.
