Our room wasn't ready when we arrived however a member of staff quickly sorted this out for us. He also gave us a free bottle of wine by way of an apology and also arranged for us to checkout a little later on our leaving day. The room we were allocated was very spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect from a large hotel. The leisure area while it does have very good facilities is perhaps in need of a little freshen up. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely return at some point and would have no problem in recommending the hotel to others.

Had a fantastic time at Dunblane Hydro Hotel for my 30th Birthday. This is the 3rd time I have been here and definitely will not be the last. Could not fault 1 thing. All the staff were fantastic, they really did go out their way to help us. Nothing was a problem to them. The food was amazing and the bedrooms we had were beautiful.The only 1 little fault is the leisure facilities could be doing with an upgrade to keep up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. Looking forward to my next weekend at Dunblane!!!!

We had a wonderful overnight on the 20th of March. Our evening meal was amazing, the service was very good and our surroundings were luxurious. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Room was more than adequate although a wee bit off the beaten track.Food was delicious and the service was first class. Bar area was quite draughty as it's quite open plan so sitting there was quite cold after a while. Never used the leisure facilities as it was snowing and you had to go outside to reach the facility. That was my only major complaint

First class hotel.Service,rooms and food excellent.the service on arrival to checking out ,the room was of a high standard where cleanliness is concerned and you will not be disappointed with the Nick Nairn restaurant.Only one small niggle was lack of hot water at night before going to dinner .Will return.

on checking out we made comment about the bed in our room.The bed was comfortable enough but when you moved or turned in the bed it creaked loudly.

My sister and I stayed here for a 1 night to have a break from the kids. We were booked into our room earlier than expected and given delicious complimentary cookies. The food was amazing (and I can be quite fussy) with large portions. We enjoyed our first day so much we booked another night while we were in the room. We headed down the main street and were amazed by the very friendly shopkeepers. If you are looking for a few shops to go into i would highly recommend the unique gift shop, the toy hub and the lovely delicatessen (not too sure on the actual names, but you will see then straight away). Overall a very relaxing stay with very very friendly staff, and we will be heading back in a few months.

A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing couple of days - the food was excellent, and the staff all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed seeing a red squirrel on trees outside our window both mornings! Hope to be back!

We had a wonderful time at dunblane hydro. The room was lovely, clean modern and spacious. The food in the kailyard restaurant was sublime and I would strongly recommend anyone staying have dinner there. Breakfast had a massive selection and over all I'd just say the offer we booked on was incredible value for money and the hotel itself was beautiful and staff very accommodating. Will definately be back!

Lovely room, great service and good food. Would advise to book in advance for dinner. Dining room very busy for both dinner and breakfast but service very good and no delays. Would have been nice to have some entertainment on for after dinner. Would stay again

Excellent service from top class staff in an impressive setting. I had mentioned when booking that our stay was for my mum's 70th birthday and not only was this mentioned when we checked in but a hand written card and little box of chocolates had been left in our room. My mum's delight at this was priceless. This attention to detail is hard to find anywhere anymore. There was also enough staff on in reception, bars and restaurant to ensure exemplary service throughout the hotel. Book well in advance for dinner though or you'll be eating either very early or very late!

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend with friends, staff all very friendly and helpful. Couple of minor gripes with slow flushing toilet and what sounded like noisy pipework (not sure if two were related)but nothing to spoil the experience. Note that it's worth booking meal times online prior to arrival- we ended up eating quite late on the first night. Overall would be happy to recommend

GENERALLY, A VERY PLEASING EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO STAY AGAIN. STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK, EXCELLENT. ONLY, ONE SMALL CRITIC IS THAT FOR THE EVENING MEAL, SOME OF THE SERVICE WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING, WHICH TO BE FAIR WAS PICKED UP AND RESOLVED BY A MORE EXPERIENCED MEMBER OF THE RESTAURANT STAFF.OVERALL A GOOD POSITIVE PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY GOOD FOOD, IN A RELAXING SETTING.

The only complaint l have is we had to stand in a queue for breakfast for about fiteen minutes when there were plenty of empty tables available. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel we have used this hotel on several occasions. One small thing in restaurant although food was excellent service was very slow and as so busy you happened to be in the conservatory area you could not hear the entertainment. Good value break.
