This was our second time to stay here and this time we brought my sister and nephew with us. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived and wasn't sheduled to reopen until 8PM which was when we were going to have dinner - so we didn't get to take advantage of it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Sunday night deal with prosecco on arrival. We arrived close to our dinner Reservation time and the excellent staff allowed us to have our prosecco with our dinner. Good is very good, with a choice for everyone. Breakfast is exceptional but a little understaffed this time(holiday) weekend. Well done Dunblane Hydro... I absolutely recommend you!!!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Dunblane Hydro. Accomodation is excelllent as well as the food and the service from the staff. My only complaint is the amount they charge for a bottle of wine in the Restaurant. I think

We stayed for one night and we were a bit disappointed. The hotel was extremely busy and therefore it was well after 4.30 before we were able to get access to our room. Our room seemed to be next to a boiler room or something like that so we had to put up with a constant banging noise due to this.

Hotel very busy , staff worked hard to serve you . Food was very good well presented and tasted delicious . Only down side was tea been served from flask and not given a tea pot at breakfast , quality of food very good. Great value Sunday night break would return and tell our friends thank you for a lovely stay.

Room very small (in the rafters: we booked late). Service, however, excellent throughout hotel. Food in restaurant superb by any standard. I had slow cooked feather cut of beef and my wife the confit of duck. Both were fork tender and delicious. Will recommend and return!

probably only complaint is having to leave main building to use pool and gym,never pleasant getting soaked heading back after using the facillities.can understand this not an easy fix.dinner was excellent.

Great hotel and location with excellent facilities. 2nd stay here and will definitely be returning. Breakfast offered great choices but did feel a little let down at dinner as it did not match up to previous visit. Although service and presentation were excellent.

Bathroom window had been left open and as bedroom door was open the entire room was very cold on arrival,this was dealt with efficiently with a heater being provided to boost temperature.Hotel was extremely busy and restaurant was chaotic with meals coming from kitchen erratically and some menu items unavailable,people seated after us were served before us and although a lot of staff seemed to be buzzing about no one seemed to be in command of what was happening,food however was excellent when it did arrive and staff did try to make ammends for our wait.Room was lovely and well equipped,bed was comfortable,a great sized bathroom.At breakfast there was a queue at the door,however again food was good when we got there,i would stay again but perhaps not over a weekend.

The hotel has been newly refurbished and while our room was lovely, the downstairs reception areas, bar and restaurant were very dark and gloomy to the point of being oppressive. They were also not very warm! Ladies, take a cardigan down to dinner, you will need it. The only place we felt was warm and cosy was our room. The staff were all very nice and all very accommodating

What wonderful friendly and efficient staff ! We only stayed 1 night but it made our little shopping trip perfect . Our bedroom was so comfortable ,clean and spacious and the food was excellent . What more can I say except that we'll certainly return . Huge value for money,too .
