Lovely hotel but the rooms let it down a bit, round the window there was black mould and the catch was broken. The duvet was too small for the bed but other than that a lovely stay

Comfortable double room with plenty of space and a decent size flat screen TV too. Only missing a fridge which may be present if in an upgraded room. Hotel is smart, dining room and bar area nice & cosy. We went on a DBB basis where you are allocated a £15 pp allowance towards the meal in the adjacent Cooks restaurant. Would suggest the allocation is upped to £20 pp as you would struggle to enjoy a mains plus either a starter or sweet for this price. Food was very good in Cooks and breakfast was good too with the hot food served to order. Overall a good night's break.

Lovely hotel could not fault it. Staff very friendly and service excellent. Rooms large and very comfy. Food was excellent dinner and breakfast. Had dinner in the cooks bar and restaurant only fault was it was very warm but couldn't fault food or service. Drinks bit on the expensive side in the bar but not unusual for hotels. Would definitely stay again even better with a deal from myhotelbreak.com.

All the staff were very nice & friendly, the room ( we were in the garden room wing) was big and had everything we needed in it and it was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable. We had lunch and dinner in the Cooks restaurant both meals were very good. Only comment about the restaurant was that it was very warm inside, (it was a warm night outside) We would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in despite being very busy . Nice rooms with large comfy bed . Both dinner and breakfast were excellent . Lovely bar although very pricey we found Harvey bar nearby to be very reasonable just 5 mons away . Very handy for the kelpies nearby. Excellent value for money especially if like us you were combining a stay with a visit to Falkirk wheel and kelpies

No major complaint as we got what we paid for. All staff where really lovely and accommodating. Rooms where in need of an upgrade but where clean and warm with plenty of space, service in the restaurant was very very slow with long waiting times between courses and also drinks being served! The restaurant was very queit so no real suggestion as why was so slow! Food was decent size portions and starters & deserts where pretty much faultless but the mains where not great, my chicken was dry and over cooked my partners Seabass was lovely but again the accompaniments were mushy and over done! Additionally the gentleman receptionist at the main desk although was very polite and lovely he was wearing a waistcoat that was visibly marked with food spillages not a great 1st impression and especially when he was still wearing this the following day on our departure! However I can confirm the rooms where not dirty like his attire.

Sunday night dbb deal. Lovely big room with decent sized armchairs and large tv, unlike other hotels we've been to! Had Sunday roast menu with included large glass of house wine. Service a bit slow, but in no hurry. Breakfast was excellent and would come again. Reception was friendly with lots of info and advice 're tribute nights.

This hotel is in the centre of a industrial estate, we found it very pricey for drinks, mostly young staff, not very cheerfully, breakfast. Was rubbish we asked four times for toast, it eventually came when we were finished the spoonful of scrambled egg we got, sorry won't go back.

We were attending a wedding at the hotel and stayed for 2nights.The rooms were very spacious and well maintained.The service from the staff was excellent in both the hotel and restaurant .We would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely Hotel been a couple of times before and we're in the garden rooms which are lovely and spacious s this time when I booked it was on the day of arrival it was late and I was expecting anything more than the same room type but to my Delight I was in the main building and the rooms were absolutely exquisite beautiful outstanding complimentary water it was absolutely just heaven dinner was lovely as usual very warm them in the restaurant I felt breakfast was good no complaints I have booked an hour to up and coming the kings with the Grange Manor and will continue to do so

Stayed here previously and were very happy to return. Hotel has comfortable rooms and very pleasant, helpful staff. As requested, we were given the same rooms we had before - i.e. ground floor and interconnecting (for the benefit of my elderly mother-in-law). We would all be happy to return again to the Grange Manor and hope to do so soon. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful country style Hotel rooms are very spacious bathroom with bath and shower with big size TV in the bedroom bed very comfortable we were there on our dinner bed and breakfast offer dinner was lovely only thing I would say if you are a vegetarian like I am the menu is not catered very well for that breakfast in the morning was very slow it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and total to be served and eat your food the conservatory was extremely warm to wear it was very uncomfortable to be sitting eating but apart from the minor slowness with staff in the kitchen I feel that this was a great deal and I would not hesitate to go back again on a dinner bed and basis rate for £79 excellent.

Spent two nights at the Grange Manor Hotel on two nights b&b dinner on one night reception warm and welcoming ground floor room as requested clean and comfortable had dinner in Cooks bar and kitchen both nights excellent food and service breakfast although service good food was a little disappointing this is a minor point and I would still highly recommend this hotel

Good quality and value break close to Edinburgh and Stirling. Staff very helpful, advised us to travel to Edinburgh by train rather than drive - an excellent move. Food good and service good.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Jack arranged a double room for my husband and I, with my elderly mother-in-law in the connecting twin room. I left a pair of trousers and Jean kindly offered to drop them off at my home. Rooms are very comfortable and larger than many other hotels' 'executive' rooms. Heather also was very helpful with directions.
