Given a room above the hall a wedding was taking place, kept up till 1.30am with noise. Definitely ask for a quiet room if visit. Could not give us ice for our drinks as keeping it for wedding guests. Manager unsympathetic to complaint.

What a gem of a place . Lovely friendly staff . Great food , good value . Ideal location for Kelpies and other tourist attractions. Would recommend .

Room was large , clean and bed was so comfy. Staff were so helpful & friendly. Food was delicious. Very close to Kelpies , Falkirk Wheel and much more. Will definitely go again !

Hotel location isn’t great but perfect for us to explore the area. Food both at breakfast and dinner was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

got to hotel lovely looking hotel. Got our keys opened door of room what a smell there was even with mask on. went to reception to tell them they gave us different room.that was ok. why give anyone a room like that I know we got a good deal.not for a smelly room.we won't be back.

Breakfast was a disaster, staff tried really hard to serve everyone but looked like not enough staff to give a great service to everyone. Food was lovely when it did arrive.

Good value for money. Staff were lovely and food was really good. The hotel itself could do with new carpets. But that was my only negative. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely room and very friendly staff. Special mention to Abbie. She is so friendly and efficient. She did so well dealing with challenging guests. Food was delicious but £9.95 for a small bottle of prosecco is excessive. Very handy for walk along canal to Kelpies. Would return but drop the fizzy at that price

We arrived at the hotel and a wedding party where enjoying the sunshine and their champagne and canapés outside the reception area so that was lovely to see. David at the reception was very welcoming and efficient in going us through out check in. Room was adequate and clean on the bottom floor overlooking the car park. Bottle of fizz was on the table and when requested ice was brought to the room quickly. Dinner and Breakfast where both presented well and tasted fresh and delicious. Bar staff and those serving our food were all very pleasant even although the hotel was busier than we thought would be at this time! Both my husband and I throughly enjoyed this inexpensive night in the Grange Manor and would definitely return.

Great hotel. We were in the garden wing, so no road noise whatsoever. Busy road, but meant we could have public transport access to Falkirk. Really handy for Kelpies(must see), Falkirk Wheel and Callander House. Very relaxing experience with fantastic staff and fab food at Cook's restaurant. Great breakfast in Rosie's tearoom in hotel. All covid safety precautions in place so no worries there.

Great stay! Food was excellent and room very spacious. Only 10-15 min walk to the Kelpies. Male on reception very welcoming. The waitress at breakfast was the opposite and made us feel like we were an inconvenience as the group of 6 didn’t all want the same drinks or toast and even huffed at us. Would love to see potato scone on the breakfast menu. Would recommend.

Had a lovely 2 nights stay at the grange manor hotel staff were great rooms were very clean Food was really good what else could you ask for when all the restrictions are in place which I put done to what I thought was minimal staffing throughout the hotel the staff that were working were run off their feet I would certainly go back

Warm welcome received from all staff. Even although a wedding was on plenty of staff available to meet everyone,s needs. We had a garden room which was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Food in evening and at breakfast was first class with a wide choice. The bottle of Prosecco in room was also enjoyed.

Greeted with a cheery reception staff , quick check in , rooms were in the garden area , big and spacious , a massive king size bed , rooms could do with a bit of tlc , but was kept clean The staff on duty in the restaurant were first class both at dinner and breakfast, serving everything to your table freshly made , and a good variety on menu and a Full Scottish in morning .Check out quick and easy Would definitely stay again at the Grange Manor Hotel
