Grange Manor Hotel, Grangemouth

This hotel was disappointing. Rooms were only accessed from outside (fortunately it was dry) & very much in need of being upgraded. Very dull& impersonal. No shower gel provided & when requested told it was your luck if you got a room with it provided! Not acceptable for a four star hotel! Restaurant was across the car park, well decorated however food was of very poor quality! Service was good & staff friendly. One hotel receptionist was very helpful & friendly however her replacement was the opposite!

Lovely hotel nice rooms we were at the back looking on to a field watched all the wild rabbits . Staff were very nice and the food for evening meal was excellent good choice from the menu

Booked 2 executive rooms, they were completely different. Our room had a seating area but the other room looked like a standard double, when I questioned the difference between a double and an executive room I was told that the executive rooms were in the main hotel and they were more expensive! Also the double room had robes and slippers and our room did not? On checking out I approached the receptionist and said hello only to be sighed at and a face pulled as she was counting money and had to stop, I immediately apologised and she then said it’s ok it comes with the job. I did feel that she was quite rude considering her job is to welcome guests. Hotel was clean and food was good but do not feel we got value for money.

Well what can I say absolutely loved it the food was amazing the staff were very friendly and the room was excellent especially the bed the best sleep I've had for a long didn't want too get up so I've booked again for the 2nd of September for my mother and fathers 40th anniversary and I've also booked as well too surprise them can't wait too come back and also a big thank-you too Jean she was excellent

Don't know if different chef .We stayed few months ago food was excellent. So much so reason of return visit . I opted for same main course as last time but unfortunately was not same quality sauce lacking in consistency and taste.Hotel was just as good.

Enjoyed a lovely night away. Hotel and staff could not be faulted. Bottle of fizz in room and dinner was amazing! Windy evening walk to see the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel on Friday. Highly recommended, go on and treat yourself!

We had a great stay at the Grange Manor hotel ,the staff were very friendly and helpful and checked us in efficiently despite being in the middle of a wedding reception! Our room in the garden annex was huge, very comfortable and very quiet ,we were not disturbed by traffic or the wedding party, minor niggle would prefer a separate shampoo not a combined hair and body wash but it did smell lovely We had a meal at Cooks which was really good ,again staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hubby loved the haggis ,plenty of choice too 10 minute walk to the Kelpies which are awesome ,as was the Falkirk Wheel An excellent value for money stay

Visited as a group of 4 couples. Rooms were large and comfortable. Evening meal was provided at Cooks Restaurant adjacent to the Hotel, you do have to go outside to access it. Meal was excellent and choice good for an inclusive package. There is a larger choice from an a la carte menu. Breakfast was served in the Hotel, which was Buffet style apart from the usual cooked selection. Choice of items was excellent. Staff at the Hotel were all very nice. No hesitation in recommending this Hotel for a stay.

Second visit to Grange Manor and again had a lovely time,we enjoyed the tribute night and also our visit to the Kelpies which are only a 10 min walk from hotel, rooms are very comfortable ,great staff and great food ,the breakfast alone is worth a visit fantastic choice from buffet table and a full Scottish breakfast ,will definitely return for a 3rd visit.

Room was good except we had no toiletries and when we reported at reception we were handed 2 small cakes of soap with the comment 'I'll speak to housekeeping in the morning'. Disappointing! Service was good, staff very pleasant, just not enough staff as it now normal these days. Food, satisfactory and plenty of it. Impressed that when I said I was diabetic, I was served fresh fruit salad for a dessert.

Stay arranged for my Birthday on 6th May. Staff pleasant and helpful as always. We have stayed several times before in connecting rooms, suitable for my elderly Mother-in-law. We have always found them spacious and clean. Dinner is in separate restaurant, whilst breakfast in main building 'Garden Room'. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. Only down side was that the facilities at the Inchyra Grange are no longer available for guests at the Grange Manor (a surprise for Grange Manor staff too). There was a wedding on at the hotel which seemed to be going well.

Lovely stay for friends 60th Birthday. Excellent food, spacious rooms, good value will definitely return. Only criticism the tail menu very limited and my friend loves tails.
