Had a great stay for one night only, wish it could have been longer. Staff very friendly and efficient,nothing was too much trouble. Room spacious and comfy,looking onto garden,it snowed so it was picturesque. Will stay here again without a second thought. Lovley hotel in all aspects. breakfast was amazing, everything you could possibly want. Thankyou.

Really enjoyed my overnight stay with friends last weekend. the food in the restaurant was fantastic,rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and amenable , would return.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very attentive. Outstanding food in Cooks Kitchen and a nice atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The main building of the hotel is beautiful, with period features throughout. Our room was in a separate building at the back, which from the outside looks a little dated. However, the room was very pleasant and clean. Unfortunately, I found the staff were not that friendly. They were not rude at all, but I didn't feel their customers service was up to scratch. There was no warm welcome or cheery goodbye for example. I know this sounds small, but it did taint the overall experience.

Booked the Grange Manor for a Tribute night through Classic Britain which was good value for money. The tribute act was a bit disappointing but everything else was very good. Accommodation was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and although the menu was restricted the food was tasty and portion sizes just right.

We visited the Grange Manor Hotel as our "Office Christmas Bash". We enjoyed entertainment from a tribute band, a fabulous three course meal and stayed overnight in a gorgeous, upgraded room. We had a fabulous evening and can not recommend the Grange Manor Hotel highly enough. We were all sad to leave and will most certainly be back. Also, really good value for money. Well worth a visit. We spent a fantastic three days stay and found everything first class with only one negative. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable and warm as was the shower room. The bed was also very comfy. The breakfasts and our meal in Cook's Restaurant were very good, served by really friendly and efficient staff. We have to commend all the staff we encountered, in reception, the lounge bar,and all waiting staff. They are a credit to the company. Our only negative point which should be addressed, is the location of the rooms in the Garden Wing which is not connected to the main hotel, and jackets and umbrellas needed if raining. We would certainly recommend and we will return but in a room in the main hotel.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was large and clean. The Cooks restaurant was lovely, great food, great menu and a great atmosphere. We had breakfast in our room and it too was fantastic but I would have liked baked beans :) We only stayed the one night but one we will do again, thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. rooms were well appointed and clean. would certainly stay again. Lunch and Dinner at Cooks restaurant which is part of the hotel really made our stay and i would consider travelling for the food alone.

More allowance for food would make us stayore often there and draft guiness also not the cans with the machine that tastes nothing like a proper pint of Guinness
