Grange Manor Hotel, Grangemouth

Lovely hotel, great nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Meal in the restaurant was average. Breakfast was disorganised and service was slow. Food was cold and took too long to be replaced. No menu to order from, staff serving weak tea and coffee instead of giving customers the chance to make it to their own taste. Disappointing!

Stayed here as a last minute night away and we weren't disappointed. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. Dinner in Cooks restaurant was fantastic and staff were very friendly. Special mention to Ryan on reception who was very welcoming on check in and on check out. Will definitely return.

Had a lovely stay , room clean and comfortable - from the staff that could not have been more helpful during our stay to the lovely dinner that we had,would definitely stay again and recommend to others. ( Although did feel that the Garden rooms should have external door security on the block )

Very relaxing couple of days.Could not fault the room,food or the service.The only concern i have is the security of the annex building where most of the hotel rooms are situated.No swipe card entry allowing anybody to access the building at any time of the day or night.As far as i could see there was no cctv either.

Enjoyed our stay at Grange Manor Hotel though room was not far from motorway and the noise did waken me on a few occasions. I had made a booking for 5 rooms and had requested shortly after checking in that we would like to pay for all the rooms as we were treating our friends. I was advised that as 2 couples had already checked in and pre-authorised payment we would only be able to do this for other 2 who had yet to check in. When settling next morning was advised by same receptionist that other 2 had paid their own bill. Receptionist made no apology for error - in fact insisted that was the arrangement which was made. Her less than helpful attitude is not a reflection of the service which we received from other members of staff and is only complaint I have for an otherwise enjoyable visit

Lovely hotel, very clean and all the staff were very nice. Booked an afternoon tea in Rosie's Tearoom and it was lovely, ate dinner in the Cooks Bar and Restaurant again that was lovely too and breakfast in the morning was also very nice. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Myself & 3 friends had a great evening at the Grange Manor. All staff members we met and had dealings with were very courteous and the food was enjoyable especially the breakfast in the morning. Well worth the money paid. Thank you

We had booked this hotel as out last stay was very nice & we had a good time. However this was not the case this time , we were advised that the pass for the swimming facil had been removed since our last stay, it did not say this on the website. Also the dinner allowance was restricted to food only , this was not detailed in this way on the Web page & it wasn't the case previous. The dinner allowance was taken off the total bill. The hotel stay was booked as a birthday celebration but we will not be returning to this hotel in the future because of the mentioned above.

The hotel is of a good standard and for the money we paid it was good value . Food in hotel and the cooks restaurant is very nice , also can't fault the staff or service . On checkout I did comment that the noise from disco Which continues until 1am is very disturbing to uoure nights sleep... definitely get a room to the rear is staying in the weekend! We would definitely go back to stay here.... but only if in a room to the rear of garden wing .

The room was lovely and clean although thw view was off the Asda Distribution Centre - on saying this the break was fantastic. Word of caution the Kelpies are NOT a five minute walk away - 20 to 25 mins minimum. Check the route thoroughly prior to leaving or you will find yourself in the Industrial Estate (like we did). The food was delicious and the breakfat delightful. Would go back! The night we stayed there was a wedding on and although there were a few bar staff they could not sell alcohol as they were not 18. On saying that bar staff were extremely helpful.
