Booked 3 night DBB Burns weekend. Great location,good food and fun entertainment on the Saturday night.Excellent value for money.

We stayed for one night on a DBB deal which was excellent value... The room nice and comfortable, but was cold due to the drop in temperature. I called the reception regarding this and was furnished with a heater immediately.. The food was very nice and the overall service was spot on.... Would defineately return to the arrocher hotel....

Arrived to a lovely welcome, room was on the first floor which was good as I'm not good with stairs. Evening meal was good with a good variety and staff were very helpful. Entertainment in the evening was ok.

Had a lovely stay at Arrochar Hotel. View from bedroom of the loch. Food great and staff friendly and efficient. We are going back for two nights in February!

Enjoyed our one night stay DBB which we found to be great value. We where given 2 rooms to choose from one with loch view which we choose. Food good we paid a supplement to pick something of the menu we preferred. Overall a enjoyable stay.

under the toilet rim there was black filth, the receptionist could do nothing about this until morning when manager was in. I spoke to him and he came to room to look at it and agreed it was filthy. he asked m not to get in touch with yourselves as he would deal with it and offered us a complimentary stay which he would get in touch with us about. as it is now 9th January it looks like he has forgotten all about us. the hotel is in an ideal location with very beautiful views from bedroom windows, but overall bedrooms very very tired looking. As for the food, one of our bread rolls at dinner was still frozen in the middle and the apple pie was still cold in the middle.

We had an excelent time and the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate.The food was gorgeous and so well cooked. We cannot wait to return there again. Thanks to all for a wonderful break.

we booked for tom jones tribute but were not informed it was cancelled plus how come the drinks seem to increase every time I went up for the same drink

Booked for my grandparents for my Grandad's 70th birthday and their 49th wedding anniversary. Called in advance to advise this. Upon check-in no interaction from staff, first room terrible smell of sewage so asked too move room - no apology, 2nd room no better. Dinner - asked three times to pay by a rude gentleman even though this was included. Commented on the food being terrible as well as the customer service from the staff. Only positive is the lounge and view. Huge disappointment!

The Hotel is situated on the banks of Loch Long With stunning views .Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean an tidy and great value for money.A very enjoyable stay thank you :)

Had a lovely stay, nice hotel would rate as 3 star. Disappointed in booking as booked double room , and got there to find we had been allocated twin, when queried this, the manager told us they don't have a lot of doubles as hotel mainly used by coach trips. Had lovely view from room, though wouldn't of booked if knew it was twin. Service and staff, were fantastic, cleaning of room could be better, would stay again , had a lovely break.

Everything about the hotel was good. The food was delicious portion size acceptable room clean n tidy. Staff were really friendly and eager to please. We had no complaints about our stay at all.

Thourghly enjoyed our stay, lovely positioned hotel, friendly helpful staff,good food, clean, only blip if I can even call it that was we were asked what time we wanted dinner and presumed that would be the time for both nights but apparently you have to book a time each night and for a split second when we went for dinner on the second night we thought we were going to be turned away but it was okay, so I think it should be made more clear that you have to book a time each day for dinner, apart from that everything about our stay was very good.

Very good value for money. Lovely location. Food was very good too. Bedroom spacious and clean; pleasant bar, friendly staff. We did wait one hour for our wine on one night, but that would be my only criticism.

beautiful location, lovely staff but the food was very basic. I ordered a prawn cocktail and its the worse ive ever had especially in a area renowned for sea food. Up the price to buy better quality ingredients

We were rather disappointed at the service from one waitress in particular who's manner was quite rude and virtually threw the dinner plates on the tables. She wasn't the least bit helpful when we asked for anything like salt, spoons glasses. We also queried why my father in law had to pay a surcharge for a single room when he was in a single room with a single bed. The reply we got was unsatisfactory

must admit the hotel was not our first choice but after spending a few days there would highly recommend the hotel. The location is amazing. Rooms just what you need for a chill out time, warm and very clean. Food was excellent as was the service
