With 59 elegantly furnished en suite bedrooms, many overlooking the grounds, the Burlington Hotel ensures a comfortable stay. Bay Tree Bar & Grill
Located on the lower ground floor of the Burlington Hotel, the Bay Tree Bar & Grill is a favourite among both locals and hotel guests. Its modern, stylish yet inviting ambiance is complemented by a premium selection of drinks, including offerings from local distilleries and vineyards, as well as unique signature cocktails. The menu highlights fresh, seasonal produce from Kent, aptly named “The Garden of England,” and its surrounding areas.

Opening Hours
The Bay Tree Grill serves breakfast daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. From March to October, the full menu is also available in the Bay Tree Bar every Friday to Sunday from noon to 9:30 PM. During the quieter months of November to February, dinner may be exclusively served in the Bay Tree Bar.
Hotel guests are advised to reserve a table at reception to ensure availability.

Pet Policy
While the hotel is pet-friendly, pets are not permitted in the Bay Tree Bar & Grill. However, the Martello Bar and hotel lounges may accommodate guests with pets, provided the space is not reserved for a private event. The team will do their best to ensure you and your four-legged companion can enjoy your meal or drinks together in a comfortable setting.

Located on the ground floor across from the reception lobby, the Martello Bar is open throughout the day, offering drinks to hotel residents at any time. Directions to Burlington Hotel in Folkestone, Kent

Take M20 towards Folkestone. Turn off at junction 13, A20 for Folkestone. Take third exit off the first roundabout (sign posted A20 Folkestone). This will then take you to another roundabout, take the second exit off the roundabout into Cherry Garden Avenue, and continue until traffic light junction. Take the middle lane to Beachborough Road, going under the bridge and then bear left into Shorncliffe Road. Take the sixth turning on the right sign posted Hythe and Hastings. This is Earls Avenue. The Burlington hotel is situated at the end.

PARKING
The Burlington Hotel has 12 unreserved car parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis. Hotel guests can purchase parking permits from reception at check-in for the on-street parking at the front of the hotel on Earls Avenue. There is also free on-street parking at the side of the hotel on The Leas.

Pet Policy
A £20 per pet supplement applies. This will be added to your bill at the hotel. Pets are not welcome in the Bay Tree Bar and Restaurant. Breakfast and Dinner can be served in the ground floor Martello Bar.  Please note that dogs are not permitted in the small double rooms, deluxe rooms or suites.

Please note when adding children to your booking, the rate quoted is based on 2 adults only. Childrens rates will be added at the hotel as follows:
0 - 2 years: Free
3 - 12 years: £7 per child per night BB, £22 per child per night DBB

Card Pre-authorisation:
A credit/debit card pre-authorisation will be required at check-in to cover the full amount for your stay (if not prepaid) plus an additional amount for incidentals and potential charges. The pre-authorisation is completed when you check-out and any unused funds will be released back to your card. Are Pet's Welcome?
We're happy to welcome dogs in many of the rooms for a small charge per night per animal. Folkestone offers fantastic and scenic routes ideal for a long dog walk or whether your four-legged friend just needs a short stroll. The hotel must be notified of pets in advance which are subject to a £20 charge per night per animal to cover for additional cleaning. All dogs will receive a comfortable bed, bowl and a warm welcome from us. Please note that dogs are not permitted in our small double rooms, deluxe rooms or suites. Pets should be kept on a lead in all areas of the hotel to ensure they're on their best behaviour. Where possible please do not leave your pet alone in your room; we ask our guests who are travelling with pets to control any noise made by their companions to ensure it doesn't disturb other residents. Whilst only guide-dogs are allowed in the Bay Tree Bar & Grill, we will try our best to accommodate any guests wishing to dine with their pets in other areas of the hotel where possible.
