Fabulous overnight stay the hotel did not disappoint in any way. Staff very welcoming and rooms and facilities lovely, had a room looking over the river. Food amazing as well, we had DBB. This is my second stay here and I will be back. Thank you.

Room was large and accessible ,and clean,very nice,ordered lunch and was not what I ordered,then went for dinner wrong order again,my partner ate on her own,when I got mine had far too much hot sauce on it scd off what I could (ate some of it)left rest fair enough they took it off my bill,but not the point when we went dinner together ,ordered room service for breakfast,bread was not toasted and was out of date (you could smell and taste it)scrambled egg was unedable,big let down on food,health suite,sauna was very dirty,steam room fine,pool was far to busy,left after attempting to eat breakfast,staff were nice,bar one at dinner she was quite abrupt

We were delighted to be upgraded to a deluxe room. It was very spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Restaurant was very good, food and service great.

Lovely wee overnight stay for my birthday very peaceful setting with the soothing sound of the river passing by.Hotel staff were really helpful and polite our room was very spacious and very well set out with everything we needed and spotless.Had a evening snack in bar which was sufficient and the breakfast in the morning was equally good with choice of continental or cooked.All in all a really good experience and one we will be returning too soon.

Lovely stay. Could do with updating tv’s and also ask if staff don’t assume they have just walked into use facilities. As was charge £9 per person but states it’s included in the deal. We did get refund

What a lovely welcome from the staff, we were upgraded and the room was a nice surprise, plenty of space in room, nice big bathroom, and we looked over the river. Swimming pool was a nice treat not to busy, a good way to relax. Dinner was great food wad really nice and the fish was huge, drinks not to expensive. Breakfast was just what you wanted , plenty of choices and cooked was just right. Its was a great break away just right for this time of year. Would recommend for a wee night away

Our stay was lovely. Check in was smooth, although we were a bit disappointed we hadn't called ahead to try and get a river view room. The room is large and airy, the bathroom is standard. Products are nice but no hair conditioner. Dinner was lovely. We chose not to go down for breakfast as for us it's not an essential.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms clean but dated and external windows don't shut in all rooms. Restaurant was lovely, good choice on menu. Spa facilities are good but changing areas and showers cold

We love visiting New Lanark Mill Hotel. In fact its my hubbys favourite place. Rooms are spacious, food is good, location perfect & staff are lovely. I love being in the pool. It wasnt until we got home, I realised we didn't get our bottle of wine ?

Beautiful hotel surrounded with amazing views. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Pool and spa area is fabulous. Food was great as were the staff.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting, from check in to check out and everything in between we could not fault anything. Staff were super attentive and friendly, fabulous food and I upgraded to the Harmony suite as a surprise for my Mum, it was beautiful. Highly recommend.
