Had a lovely stay at the Gretna hall hotel. We had a lovely room clean and very spacious, and they provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash, and had a hairdryer iron and ironing board in the room. The hotel has nice decor. The food was lovely, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Will stay again if any offers come on my hotel break .

Highly recommended, Lovely hotel with very pleasant grounds. We were very pleasantly surprised because even though there was a couple of weddings going on we never really heard them and you wouldn't have known. The food was excellent both at dinner and also for the buffet breakfast. Very good indeed.

what a pleasant surprise to see so much alterations that have been done to a very tired Gretna Hall. Very modern and stylish All new staff etc. LOVELY. Everything was spot on.

Hotel was lovely, in a nice setting. Rather quirky with small cosy public spaces dotted around and small flights of stairs up and own all over the place. Very well appointed and lovely restaurant with delicious food. Staff in general were very friendly. Room (147) was spotless and well appointed, but very hot. Also for a 'superior' room, the outlook across to the annexe walls and windows was disappointing.

Had a lovely time here Hotel has been refurbished Rooms large we stayed in a luxray double Food excellent ate in hotel both nights Staff friendly Hotel stands in 10acres but because of heavy rain we did not get a chance to explore Downside bathroom did not have towel rails but refurbishment is still ongoing

Nice friendly hotel. The staff were very helpful and the food was nice. Some of the communal areas were ready for redecorating, such as the corridors to the bedrooms, but the bedrooms themselves were clean, modern and tidy with a very nice large and comfortable bed. Although it is late winter and everything outside was very wet, the hotel grounds were very pleasant, and would make a nice stopover traveling north to Scotland.

Hotel was lovely and cosy, room was on the small side but as it was an overnight it was OK. Bar area was warm and welcoming and all staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was a buffet and there was a great choice, hot food was piping hot! We will definitely be back for another overnight.

We had a lovely night away for our 30th wedding anniversary. Meal was delicious. Staff friendly but very busy . Our room was very nice, clean and cosy with all amenities. Would definitely stay at this hotel if we ever went back to Gretna Green.

Friendly staff at reception, greeted with a warm welcome. Hallways leading to the bedrooms were relatively clean,bits of confetti on the carpets but it is a wedding venue so only to be expected, that being said it was there on arrival and still there at departure. Bedroom was dated and carpet was grubby, bed was clean and bathroom was immaculate. Bedroom carpet could do with a deep clean. Evening meal was great,staff were attentive and very pleasant, drinks are on the expensive side but it's s wedding venue and a captive audience, therefore they can charge what they think is reasonable. Overall a pleasant nights stay and would stay again
