the stay we had was first class, except for the plumbing the taps (cold water tap) had to be almost fully on before the water came thru' then by the time the tap was turned off the water was almost cold (crazy),,,,,

Enjoyed a great festive party night, it was a shame that the ceilidh band cancelled but the hotel offered everyone a free drink and we all had a great time, the disco was good and so was the food, we will return in the future

This is the second time we have visited the Gretna Hall Hotel and it was even better than the last time. Service, food and accommodation was excellent and to top it all we met relatives we had not seen for over twenty years.What a coincidence! We will definitely be back.

Had a good time at Gretna the first room we got was ok but the shower was rubbish so I went to complain and within 5 min I was moved to a Mitch better room and the shower was great that's what I call service they could not have been nicer food was great to all in all had a great time

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were very pleasant and food was excellent. We go every December to meet up with relatives and always enjoy our break.

Our stay at gretna hall hotel was very pleasant. Hotel was very nice staff were pleasant and helpful.the only thing wrong with our stay was where our bedroom was situated we heard noise from motorway during the night.

Great stopover at Gretna Hall Hotel. Decent sized room and en suite. 3 course dinner and the 'cooked to order' breakfast were most enjoyable. Only one thing to mark it down would be the soft mattress, otherwise a fine stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Would recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed over the weekend at Gretna Hall Hotel and to be honest we were completely satisfied with facilities. the food and the service from staff members. It was the occasion of my wife's birthday and the stay at this hotel was perfectly fitting for the occasion.

really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, have been a few times and have yet to be disappointed. can't believe the comments from some about 'no hot water' and small towels' etc. We have never found that a problem. Some people aren't happy unless they are complaining. Staff were all very pleasant and attentive.

Bathroom tiles on floor could be doing with re-grouting. Stay was good everything was of a god standard.
