Booked a 2 night break on B&B & Dinner on 1st night & had a lovely stay,hotel was lovely,staf Smartly dress,helpful & very efficient,food was lovely with a good choice.We did'nt use the leisure facilities as you have to pre book due to the coved restrictions but had a lovely stay & would recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Woodlands Hotel, Broughty Ferry, Dundee on the 2 night dbb deal. Check-in was quick as we had completed a pre check-in online before arrival. The hotel had plenty of hand sanitiser stations situated throughout the hotel. We were allocated a standard room (no upgrades available as hotel was busy when we arrived). The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bath with shower (excellent shower and plenty of ). The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The windows in the bedroom did open which was good for some fresh air. Plenty of car parking spaces at the hotel. We ate in the hotel on the first night of our stay. Best menu selection I have ever had in a hotel, especially as part of the dbb deal. You will be spoilt for choice. The food was good and service in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style. Could have been slightly better organised for people going in and out to get their food but apart from that the staff coped exceptionally well under the cirstances. You must book a time-slot for breakfast as the sittings are 45 minutes long. We also used the swimming pool and facilities (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna) which were all excellent. Due to restrictions in place with how many can use the pool at any one time, please book to use the pool etc before you arrive. The area of Broughty Ferry is lovely, with a walk from the hotel to the beach taking approx 15 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially on this dbb deal which was excellent. This is a hidden gem in Broughty Ferry. We had a fab couple of days here. Food was excellent, staff were lovely and they couldn't have done any more for us. They did an amazing job with everything in place to keep people safe during these times. Thank you

Stayed here for 3 nights in May. Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff were friendly and very pleasant. Good food both dinners and breakfast. Good choice all round. Would recommend this hotel and definitely consider a return visit.

Had a king room that was well equipped and had a lovely bathroom. We ate in the Hotel both nights and the food and service was great throughout our stay. The Receptionist was very helpful and informative. Woodlands Hotel is in a lovely residential area and quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel and will return.

Clean well run hotel, we found all staff pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is very good and plentiful, remember to order your choice of eggs when the tea/ coffee is served as there is only scrambled eggs at the buffet. The room was a King room, quiet and suited us well. Hotel is a great base for touring and we will return

Great value for money in lovely grounds staff pleasant and very helpful. . Rooms comfortable and great walk in shower that was requested. Breakfast and dinner good and menu varied. Would have no hesitation in returning and recommending.

Hi room and pool evening meal and breakfast first class. Only 2 points that I thing should be be looked at was tables reserved in the beer garden and no one at them and only after with another couple they eventually seen comen sense and gave us a table that ody had been sitting at for over 3hrs and could put a couple of outside heaters in the beer garden area other wise perfect

Highly recommend a stay here. Our room was brilliant (The Wyldes) as very spacious, arm chairs doubled as sofa beds if needed, table, chairs and a beautiful bathroom. The staff were all really friendly and efficient and covid safety precautions followed really well by all, including public areas, bar, restaurant and leisure centre.
