Fantastic overnight stay at westerwood hotel . This was our second visit and once again I have came home and can't wait to return. Staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel has a warm welcoming atmosphere and the food in the grill diner overlooking the golf course was delicious . I will be returning soon , especially with such good deals to be found with classic Britain for DBB that are very affordable.

Fantastic, stress free weekend with friends. Hotel & facilities super. Both hotel restaurants provide superb food. Hotel's main asset is the staff - all very keen to please.

we have visited her many times and are always sure of a relaxing, enjoyable time. Our bedroom was a very good size for three adults, two large beds and one sofa bed. The bedrooms with the extra door into them which are in the new block, are better for cutting out any noise from the corridors. There was a wedding on with several guests staying but our night was completley undisturbed. We also always enjoy the pool area and one member had a couple of workouts in the gym. Meal taken in the Club bar, where our allowance went a bit further! Another good break - thank you!

I have stayed at the westerwood on a number of occasions as we have family in the area. This is the first time i have booked it through classic britain. I was a little disappointed in that though the hotel was quiet we did not get an upgraded room and when i asked about check out i was told it was 11am I thought it was 13.00. Dinner was really nice, breakfast not so there was no orange juice and we had to wait on bacon whilst the rest of our breakfast got cold. Had a great stay here, food was amazing and staff were very friendly. Only complaint was bed was a bit uncomfortable for me but apart from that amazing stay just before Christmas. Great service will definitely return in the future.

Was disappointed to find when we arrived the swimming pool was out of use. Out of use until late afternoon, the Sauna took quite a while to heat up, other guests also commented on this. Food was brilliant, though my daughter asked for a salad, did not like tomatoes or onion. Her salad consisted of only leaves. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and very helpful. Room was lovely, plenty of room and a wonderful view. Would definately go there again and recommend it to friends.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. from the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome. great food,friendly staff and great leisure facilities . ths changing rooms are spotless ! we liked so much we have booked again at the end of the month!!

The hotel looks disappointing from the outside but the public rooms are really smart, especially the reception area. The bedroom was a good size but needs a bit of TLC as some of the furniture was showing wear and tear. We were in room 349 and the quilt was all lumpy through being washed a lot and the fibres breaking away from each other. The bathroom was fab with really good toiletries. The food was lovely but the buffet breakfast could have been warmer - I think the hot plate area needs stronger heat bulbs or something. Service throughout was exceptional. The hotel obviously invests in training and this shows. The receptionist, Louise, gave the most informative check in I've ever had.

We had a very pleasant stay which was a surprise for a friends birthday, you kindly left a card and bottle of wine in the room for this guest. Staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. The only criticism would be that when we had dinner the main course for 3 of us who had the tuna steak the portion was on the small side.

the only problem we had was the service at our dinner was very poor.i got my starter then 15 minutes later my wife got hers.it was the same for the main course.we waited that long we did not even stay for our sweet.

1. The room was excellent, lovely bathroom and great shower. 2. Food great but unfortunately the restuarant was absolutely chaotic on our first night. we sat at our table for 25 minutes before our order was taken with a further 20 minutes for our starters to actually arrive. 3. SPA, forget it if you want to relax. the pool is full of children throwing balls around and screaming......very poor experience.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AT WESTERWOOD HOTEL. WE HAD A BIT OF A WAIT HOWEVER AS OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED. OUR ROOM WAS ALSO LOCATED ALONG A LONGISH CORRIDOR WHICH WAS NOT IDEAL AS MY MUM HAS WALKING DIFFICULTIES WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN SPECIFIED ON BOOKING. THE JUNIOR EXECUTIVE ROOM HOWEVER WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.

Hotel was lovely, plenty comfy public areas to relax with a drink and a book. Good leisure facilities and a great variety of food (better choice in the bar and grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
