We stayed for 2 nights ,the staff were very friendly polite and very helpful, the food was plentiful and the preasentation was excellent, top marks to the chef. The hotel was very good and good value for the price, if we get a chance we will definitely stay there again.

The staff were amazing especially due to cirstances (Covid 19) the food was absolutely perfect, but I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast as was abit disappointing. The rooms were abit dated but very clean and bed was comfy.

The hotel was everything that we expected. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The food was lovely and had good portions. Throughout the hotel we felt safe that they are taking all precautions to ensure it is Covid safe.

Friendly hotel and an enjoyable 2 night break. Coped well enough with covid restrictions. Minor niggles such as slight chaos at breakfast, poor shower pressure and not able to control heat in rooms (slightly chilly), but friendly and enthusiastic staff, fair bar prices and given the price I paid, excellent value for money. A car is a must but lovely walks literally on its doorstep. Clean with some minor wear and tear around. Overall a great stay. Thanks

Stayed at the Buckatree Hall Hotel it was the best break ever.Room excellent overlooking the ponds with balcony.Staff lovely very friendly and food was so good and what a choice .We booked an extra night as we just loved the area shame we couldn’t have the same room but it was good no view but so comfortable.Everything was spotless.Would certainly highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Dirty towel left on chair when we arrived never got the balcony that we were ment to get the four poster bed was covered in thick dust which I complained about when we checked out very disappointed

Lovely hotel in peaceful surroundings and just a short drive to the beautiful Shrewsbury. Staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal we had was delicious and beautifully presented. Would certainly reccomend

Stayed for two nights with a three course evening meal with wine and Breakfast Food was hot, portions massive and tasted delicious. Rooms clean, little dated and everyone very polite. Your right in the middle of the Wrekin, and a walk to the top is a must. Really enjoyed our stay.

When we checked in we was given a very small room with a view of a wall and roof fans this wasn’t what we booked we went and told reception they moved us straight away to the room we had booked was clean limited menu but all staff friendly

Lovely location. Staff very friendly and helpful, Rooms well kept. Even in view of the current climate, cannot complain. Other half said he would even go there again!!

Our third time at this lovely hotel and it did not disappoint. Room lovely and clean. Evening meal and breakfast good. Felt safe with the Covid regulations all being observed. Staff friendly and hard working. Excellent value for money especially with the river cruise included.
