The Park Hotel in Diss is a traditional three star hotel perfectly located for visiting the South of Norfolk. Only the finest seasonal ingredients are used to a mix of British and International cuisine and whenever possible local produce is used. As well as a well-balanced wine list, the Park Hotel offers a choice of real ales, draught lagers, a good range of quality soft drinks as well as the usual premium spirits. There is also have a range of speciality coffee & teas as well as delicious mulled wine in winter & Pimm's in the summer.

Diss Mere is a large 60 foot lake in the heart of Diss. Some believe this lake to be the largest in England and is believed to be bottomless. The Mere is surrounded with a large Park, only a few hundred metres from the Hotel. There is a large play area for children and a small Ice Cream shop open during the summer.
