Restaurant 1649 with its oak beams and Inglenook Fireplace offers a distinctive contemporary menu in a relaxed atmosphere. A lighter menu is available in the lounge bar, by the log burning stove in the winter or on the terrace on a warm summers day.

Take 4th exit on roundabout onto A422 (signposted Banbury)
From the SOUTH

Take 1st exit on roundabout onto A422 (signposted Banbury)
Next Roundabout go straight across, 2nd exit
Next Roundabout go straight across 2nd exit
Next Roundabout go straight across, 2nd exit (signposted Wroxton)
2 mini roundabouts continue straight ahead
Next roundabout take 2nd exit towards Drayton/Wroxton
WARNING - SPEED CAMERA ON THIS SHORT STRETCH
At the traffic signals (opp Barley Mow Pub) turn left towards Drayton. Go through
Drayton until you reach Wroxton. The entrance to the hotel is first right after
the sharp bend.

Directions to hotel from Birmingham Airport

Leave the airport and follow roads to Airport Way (signposted Airport Exit).

At roundabout take 2nd exit onto the B4438 (signposted Birmingham A45, Solihull B4438). Continue on the B4438 for approximately 2½ km.
Merge onto the A45 (signposted Coventry) for approximately 2 km
Branch left, at roundabout take 5th exit and join the M42 motorway (signposted South West M5) for approximately 7½ km
Branch left and join the M40 motorway (signposted London) for approximately 47 km

Leave the M40 at junction 11 and take 4th exit onto the A422 (signposted Banbury).

Follow A422 towards Banbury and Wroxton for approximately 5 km
At the traffic signals (Barley Mow put on right), turn left on the A422 towards Drayton.

Go through Drayton until you reach Wroxton and the hotel is situated on the sharp bend on the outskirts of the village.

Directions to hotel from Banbury Rail Station

Turn left toward Bridge Street. Turn left at Bridge Street.
Slight left to stay on Bridge Street. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Castle Street.

At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and stay on Castle Street (go through 1 roundabout)

Continue on the B4100 Warwick Road (go through 2 roundabouts)
At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A422/Warwick Road. Continue to follow the A422.

At the traffic signals (Barley Mow put on right), turn left on the A422 towards Drayton.

Go through Drayton until you reach Wroxton and the hotel is situated on the sharp bend on the outskirts of the village.
