Excellent stay. Entertainment... good. Room... good. Food... good. Staff...friendly and very efficient. Disappointed to see a dog sitting on one of the upholstered chairs between Reception and the bar.

had a problem with our room (window wouldn't close)but were quickly moved to a new room. Staff were mainly helpful and pleasant and facilities and entertainment weregreat for such a budget deal. We had a most enjoyable stay and will certainly be returning soon.

We had 2 very sticky uncomfortable nights due to the bedding. It was almost like hospital waterproof coverings. We didn't sleep at all well because of it. I made a comment in the Hotels survey sheet on this matter.

Staff excellent - friendly and efficient - this is what makes the hotel stand out nowadays. Good service is hard to get. Rooms, Pool, Food all very good. We all had an enjoyable w/end. Thanks to you all!

Very good value for money. The hotel staff are very pleasant and welcoming; food is good value as is the entertainment. The premise is clean though tired and the bedrooms and public areas need updating and decorating.

bathroom had not been cleaned when we checked in. Receptionist sent up cleaning lady quickly to deal with. Food & staff were excellent would go back to stay.

the hotel lacked staff. this resulted in not being able to get a drink when required and at breakfast time we stood at the required point for almost 10mins before we took our own seats. this also happened with many other guests.
