3rd time here and like it better each time we come. Great sized standard room with lovely see view. Nice big comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Food really good with great view of golf course from dining room. Breakfast service was slow on the Sun morning and buffet selection was needing replenished, as food, plates, teaspoons etc ran out.

Excellent hotel, quick check in polite staff, room was very nice had everything I expected. The restaurant was was very good we ate breakfast and evening meal there both nights really good food and plenty of it. We used the pool and facilities twice again these were excellent and clean.

We had a lovely stay at Carnoustie golf hotel Rooms are adequate, could do we update,however are very clean and is reflected in the price of the deal Food was Excellent and all staff very friendly Look forward to returning again soon, prior to refurbishment.

This is our fourth visit to Carnoustie Golf & Spa and is now one of our favourite hotels. Great location, lovely hotel and excellent food. Bar prices not too bad either. Staff are great and we're always made to feel very welcome on each of our stays. Hopefully be back again soon!

Hotel beautiful - staff need training in reception although check-in receptionist was very pleasant but did not carry out my instructions which involved paying cash but backing up with credit card if necessary but when we checked out ALL THE BILL had already been taking off our credit card as there was no instruction from check-in receptionist as per our arrangement at check-in. GLUTEN FREE EVENING MEAL TERRIBLE FOR THE PRICES THEY WERE CHARGING BREAKFASTS WAS GOOD - overall 4 ?? is not justified location beautiful

Couldnt fault the service and food… excellent as always. Room - huge stain on carpet, stain on headboard, tv wasnt working, maintenance had to fix socket, dirty towels in “clean” room Spoke with reception on departure and manager couldnt have been more apologetic Would still come back

Another wonderful stay at the Carnoustie Hotel. This was our 2nd stay here and I would definitely stay again. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. We chose a junior suite and the room was lovely, it overlooked the golf course. Everything was spotlessly clean. Food is amazing. Definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Great Break put spoiled by dirty toilet pan and crumbs on the floor when arrived. Otherwise a good place to go for a break.

Wonderful to see the hotel so busy. Staff very professional and attentive. We were so lucky with the weather so we're able to sit out ànd enjoy some chill time. . Seats could do with some cushions . Food was of a high standard and good quality produce.

Nice hotel. There was no room upgrade with rooms available. Hotel was looking to pay for upgrade with email extras. Evening food was fantastic but let down by a very substandard cooked breakfast. So bad we did not have this on our second day. Shame as staff were very pleasant and helpful. We also had issues with final bill as we were being charged for food and drinks we didn't have. Again inconvenience but sorted with reception. Very little in the way of toiletries in the room, those little extras go a long way. Not sure if I would return or ask friends to try.
