Amazing hotel, so clean, new furnishings, room beautiful and over looking the beautiful river Clyde. Food amazing too and staff friendly. Really can't fault this place for a lovely getaway. Thank you :)

Had a lovely stay at New Lanark Mill Hotel. Beautiful surroundings. Our accommodation was ideal. Good sized room, clean and fresh decor. Bathroom was bright great to have a bath and shower over it. Restaurant was accessible from lift. Nicely laid out with character features. Food was good and tasty. We used the leisure centre, has pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Throughout our stay in all departments must say the staff were all welcoming, friendly, helpful and competent at their jobs. Helped to make our stay an excellent one. We hope to return another time. Would be happy to reccomended to anyone.

Great break away - rooms are huge. Very clean, food great and well stocked bar. Swimming pool was great for the kids. The Lanark Mill museum was very interesting and educational for everyone. Definitely recommend a visit and stay

The hotel is set in lovely surroundings, and we enjoyed visiting the Museum with 15% off entry. The hotel’s reception area, bar, restaurant and spa are all well maintained and pleasant to spend time in. The rooms however could benefit from some maintenance. Despite this they are very roomy with comfortable beds and pillows. The evening meal was nice however breakfast a bit disappointing. We had treatment which were amazing so would definitely recommend visiting the spa. All in all a great stay at a fabulous price for DBB. Would visit again.

Hotel lovely Dinner was good, little bit cold and vegetables a bit hard Waited over 30 minutes for cooked breakfast for 2 people, table next to us 4 people got theirs before us even after they had arrived after us Room good size, outside of windows covered in spiders webs!! Could see a lot of spiders in the window!!

Had a lovely stay, our room was nice and spacious.Enjoyed all our dinners and cooked breakfast was exceptional.It was nice to have use of the hotel pool too,enjoyed a morning swim .Good way to start our day.We would definitely return.

New Lanark Mill Hotel is set in such stunning surroundings. We had a lovely time. Since last visiting room decor definitely in need of refresh. We had double deluxe but couldn't figure out where the luxury aspect was. Sink cracked, walls scuffed. Food was great at dinner but service slow. Breakfast very good. Spa facilities good but pool freezing cold. I would definitely go back but for the price rooms do need to be fresher and more modern.

The hotel was just great. From the beginning stepping in the door, the reception staff were all very helpful. Nothing was a problem. They went out their way to accommodate all the family. The food was great plenty of choice . Staff in restaurant were great nothing was any bother to them. Bar staff friendly and cheerful. The room was first class. The pool area spotless staff again very helpful. Will be booking again to this lovely hotel.

Really pleased with our stay ! Very accommodating for our party of 12. Beautiful hotel with lovely welcoming staff. Dinner and breakfast both days was 1st class as well as the lovely waiting staff who were very patient with us! . The kids enjoyed the the pool and their treasure t. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel rooms spacious and comfortable and clean booking said 2 course evening meal wanted main and sweet only to be told it was starter and main course did not state that in booking bit of a disappointment.The meal was very disappointing husband had chicken which was overcooked my steak pie was tasteless but must say entirely different at breakfast was great

Hotel is really lovely, room great. Food on the first night was really good but went down hill after that. Breakfast not great and meal on the second night was awful.

We've stayed here so many times at its always just perfect. We got to.check in early as our room 16 was ready. Room is great. Plenty of white fluffy towels. Bedding is white and comfy. Theres also lots of tea,coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits. Staff are second to none. Food is delicious. We're back in November and then January and March. Also want to say a thank you who always help us if needed. John Stirrat,Paige on reception, Isabel on breakfast and lunch,Chelsea,Kirsten,Jessica and Emily at the restaurant. Diane,Derdrie,Lisa,Scott,Elaine and Siobhan on housekeeping. Vicky,Megan and Rebecca at the spa .

Fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Outstanding staff from reception, dining, bar, housekeeping so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended a break at this hotel. I met a couple who travel across from Edinburgh every 6 weeks to spend time there. The leisure facilities are lovely as was the staff in there as well.

Loved our stay, with friends, at New Lanark. Relaxed and very friendly ambiance on a stunning site. Very comfortable rooms overlooking the river. Dinner and breakfast were both great and restaurant and bar staff were lovely. Great value for money too. Look forward to visiting again.
