Absolutely disgusting and disappointing arrived at hotel as this was our wedding venue 2025 it no longer is we were put in room 101 to find staines all the carpet mould on bathroom and hair in bed everywhere it was coming off the wall into the bath yuk was offered another room but we just left feeling extremely disappointed they have left us looking for a new wedding venue the guest rooms are out dated with no plan to updated please avoid at all cost if could include images a would.

Lovely hotel. Some bedrooms a bit tired looking but know there are plans to update these. Bigger toaster and water urn would make breakfast better organised.

Third stay at this hotel. As always reception staff gave warm welcome, bar and restaurant staff also friendly. Rooms good with hot radiator if needed. Good location for visiting Troon, Prestwick, Ayr and Ardrosson,

Had the most wonderful time here as a little romantic getaway, staff were so lovely and welcoming. Hotel was clean and presentable. Although restaurant was busy the girls did a fantastic job.

booked an overnight at riverside lodge on sunday 26th feb,book in was at 3oclock but didnt get into room until 3.45,rooms were lovely booked dinner for 6.15 itcould not be faulted,check out was eleven,had breakfast which was of great variety and lovely.would stay ther again.

Room was lovely and clean. Only issue was a small bed you should see where the bed should have been. Food was beautiful. Different price for alcohol in the restaurant compared to the bar.

On arrival receptionist was very pleasant when going to our room requested that I was near reception which I was only thing was on Friday night was wakened about 5 with dog barking spoilt it a little but everything else in hotel was great food was great breakfast was busy and ran out of some stuff but fresh stuff came out use the hotel a lot enjoy my stay apart from dog barking

Lovely hotel. Clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great plenty choice. Lovely bar area maybe just needs a little entertainment i.e make use of the piano in the lounge. Had a great time would definitely recommend and will revisit.
