Hotel is absolutely great rooms spotless, staff very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Only issue for me was bed didn't seen that comfy as each morning I woke up feeling abit sore.

Lovely modern hotel. Room spotlessly clean (furniture a little tired but nothing major) Great shower, would have been better with a shower screen rather than shower curtain but that’s just my personal preference. Staff were all superb, extremely pleasant and friendly. We had dinner and breakfast included in the great price of £89. The food was delicious and presented beautifully ( breakfast was buffet style with lots to choose from) We also had a bottle of wine in the room, my only regret is that we weren’t staying longer. We will definitely visit here again. Highly recommend

Fabulous hotel and staff! A group of my friends stayed in the Riverside Lodge Hotel for a couple of days in February 2023. The hotel deal is amazing value for money. The hotel is very ideally located in Irvine and is lovely and modern with friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good too and presented really well. This is our second visit and it will not be our last!

Hotel was pleasant, clean and tidy. The room I had was very spacious and the staff were very helpful. The meal was well presented and warm. My only complaint was the waiter service. I requested a glass of white wine when I ordered my starter. My main meal arrived still no wine asked again eventually brought red wine which I didn't order and this was taken away. I was almost finished my meal and had to ask again for the wine which eventually arrived 40 minutes after first ordering. No apology No free glass.

Just had a fabulous nights stay at the Riverside. 3 course evening meal was delicious and room was lovely and clean and very quiet. Only downside was breakfast. Had to stand and wait, along with quite a few other unhappy people, for at least 5minutes on fried eggs being replenished. Kept asking and answer was they’re coming but by the time they came all other food on our plates was cold. Think they need to keep a better eye on when to refill food. That aside, we were pleased with our stay for price we paid.

Another great night at Riverside Lodge Hotel! Our dinner was excellent, and we enjoyed tails in the bar area afterwards. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The room was perfect for us. It was basic but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We will return!

A very nice hotel and Staff. The room was warm and clean. I had purchased 2 Glasses of wine with our dinner did not realise it had to be paid for there and then, A staff member rang me at the room to say I had left without paying needless to say I was a bit embarrassed as i thought it would be added to my checking out bill....On the hole found everything else good value.

Main public area look very nice and modern but go through doors to accommodation wing and it's rather dated. The main bedroom was alright, bathroom rather dated be and tired looking. Only 1 bedside table in our double room and a lack of sockets near bed. We checked in just after 3pm and the staircase and first floor landing were rather dirty. We accessed the outdoor area where guests can take their dogs out and the whole area was covered in used poo bags and beer cans, not very appealing. There were 2 trolleys sitting in the corridor from arrival till departure and both were filled with empty bottles and dirty glasses. Evening meal was good, service was slow. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, however area beside till was rather dirty and rubbish lying on floor between unit and glass tray.

Stayed a Saturday evening. Room upgraded as per receptionists recommendation. 2 double beds and 1 single for a couple not required. Evening meal, no sirloin only rump but still £15 supplement. (Advised didn’t expect to be so busy) ordered tail from bar later and received in normal glass as no tail glasses clean. Breakfast was chaotic, far too busy very disorganised. Expected more and better from recent reviews I read.

One night DBB deal inc bottle of wine. Been here a few times and love it.Great receptionist checked us in and advised we had been upgraded. Huge room 2 beds looking onto main garden.Dinber was great too.Soup and pate and two steak and ale pie. Great night's sleep and lovely breakfast. Cereal,pastries,juice etc plus a buffet style cooked Selection. We will be back

All staff friendly and helpful. Great value package offered . Breakfast was luvly plenty on offer . Plenty parking . We had a dog friendly room which was wee bit tired looking .

Hidden gem right on my doorstep who knew!!!!!! Food fabulous rooms spotless and v comfy staff could not do enough for you a brill couple of days away a treat for mum and myself could not fault this hotel in any way highly recommended
