What a let down! We loved this hotel and have been to stay about 5/6 times, but never again! The staff have all changed and are no longer so friendly The food is appalling with a very limited choice and very expensive prices - so much so, on the Table dHote menu it is nigh on impossible to get 3 courses for the £23 allowance. Same menu every night (on our second night 3 of the dishes were off)! The breakfast food was cheap and thoroughly nasty and serving stewed tea and coffee from jugs, made what is supposed to be a 4* hotel into a transport café! The rooms are the same and still as clean and comfortable. We won't be back!

Amazing deal. The upgraded room was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, and although our deal included dinner only on the first night, we also chose to eat in the restaurant on our second night, and again it was excellent. The staff, particularly in the restaurant, were very friendly and nothing was a problem. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

very good value for money/ Staf very helpful and very pleasant. Room good size , everything we needed was provided. Breakfast first morning plentiful, but porridge we were unable to eat. Staff helpful about this, explained it was not the usual chef. Breakfast saay morning was perfect. Lovely porridge, hot cooked breakfast, which had good variety and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel, have stayed here on numerous occasions.

Have stayed at this hotel many times now as my grandchildren live in Irvine. Breakfast is not as good as it used to be but for the price paid, couldn't grumble. Drinks in bar expensive.

Had a very enjoyable stay of b&b rooms were adequately equipped and spotless, staff lovely and breakfast was a lovely buffet eat as much as you like. Value for money and would definately return.

Service and room were first class though the food was not as good as our previous visits - limited choice. Staff very helpful and we always find the hotel is a good place to relax.

Rooms are of a good enough standard the only downside is no fan in bathrooms and lack of air circulating in bedroom. Would point out we felt the break was excellent value for money, staff were extrelemely helpful and pleasant

Room could do with updating Staff where very friendly The dining area could do with some TLC, service was slow and waiting time for drinks 10 to 15 minutes Loud music coming from a wedding nest door Staff making loud noise resetting tables for the next day Food was to a good standard
